Contacted their customer service several times, they respond quickly but no promises on when I'll be paid at all. They are asking me to wait. I have been paid in the past but not in the last six months. Are they still paying anyone? For sure I will not play there anymore here.

This sucks to read. Nitro used to have ultra fast payouts and sometime after the rebrand (new ownership?) things just went downhill but I didn't know they had issues actually paying until this thread. I was going to deposit to enter their survivor pool but won't bother now.

They used to get a solid amount of BTC off the survivor entries and all the different pools they have leading up to NFL season so maybe they can use those funds to payout? If you don't get a payout by week 2 of NFL i'd be very pessimistic (if not already there). Sorry for all involved smh

I think the Survivor contest is cancelled with all the other contests.

It really is sad. A majority of my plays may have been with them for 10 years. Those NFL Survivor contests were great. I think there were 9 different pools with tons of players.

I talked to chat support daily until I finally started getting responses from security@nitrobetting.eu. Talking to Joel for the last 4-5 months. They claim "that our management team is diligently working on your case and there are no missing steps from your end that would delay the process". They've assured me that my account is in good standing, and I have complied with all security requests.

I was able to withdraw 5mbtc on 12/9, and then attempted to withdraw 40mbtc the next day. They put a freeze on all future withdrawals while it is "In Review" so unfortunately pulling out smaller amounts is not an option.

I too have on the order of 300 mbtc in the account. I'm unsure what the next steps for us are, but it seems like nitrobetting has turned into a big scam.

I requested a withdrawal on 12/6/24 and have followed up regularly ever since. They claim to still be processing the request. This is a lot of money for me and my family and I don't know what to do. I have met all of their security requests.

Does anyone have any advice or insight as to how to get my funds out?

I am in shock. I took my bonus in January and since the staff told me I had forever to complete the rollover I was taking it easy. About 3 weeks ago I checked in with livechat to ask for my progress and I was told I had 480 out of 825mbtc done. Then in the last week I bet a lot more in MLB and Tennis and went in the livechat to ask for a new update (expecting my rollover to be around 600-650mbtc), and I was shocked to hear that I am now only 205mbtc into my rollover of 825mbtc.
It turns out they secretly changed the terms and now only 5mbtc per bet is contributing to the rollover. And then I asked since when and he said since March 25th. And he admitted that I was not informed of this change. In fact, their employee who told me I was 480 mbtc into the rollover 3 weeks ago was not even aware of this change.

I think it is absolutely unethical to change rollover rules retro-actively. A big warning to everyone still playing there, they can change the rules as much as they want after the fact!
