    Everyone owed should drop them a quick monthly email. Just a few words asking if there is any update on a payment date yet.

    I understand why people give up though. The negativity and stress related to communicating about it seems not worth it after a while. :\

    I asked again yesterday and they said pending payouts did not transfer over to the new site.

    They returned my pending payout from April 17th and told me to request it again.

    I did yesterday. The max payout is smaller than what I had been waiting for for the last 8 months.

    This request has not been removed from my balance as of yet. (The previous was removed immediately but never paid nor even reviewed).

    Here is what they say:
    • "Now that your request has been placed again, it is back under review, and the payment team will continue the process from there. While we cannot provide an exact timeframe, we can confirm it is being handled."
    The nightmare continues, or should I say, starts over....

    Waiting for a 35 mbtc withdrawal since March 17th. It was rejected by their system due to a "technical glitch" in October, so had to re-submit it. Then today I was told in livechat that my withdrawal was again rejected because they moved to a new domain (which is true, but ofcourse not a valid reason to reject a long pending withdrawal). So after 9 months of waiting I have to start all over at the back of the queue again. I have almost no hope left that I will ever receive any funds, but if I do I will surely report it here.

    I'm desperate and stressing a lot, since apart from this 35mbtc withdrawal I still have around 190mbtc more in my account.

    This whole Nitro story has turned out to be an absolute shit-show, which is very surprising because up until 1 or 2 years ago they had an almost spotless reputation.

    Thanks for posting this. Any idea if both losing and winning players are waiting 'in the same line' or there's a chance they pay (lifetime) losers faster/immediately, and only blackball those who take bonuses and/or long term winners?

    I think this is worth a shot. Also, Maybe don’t try to withdraw your whole balance. Rather, just a little bit at a time. As the old Doyle Brunson saying goes, you can sheer a sheep many times but Skin it only once.

    • Reactivation: Customers wishing to reactivate their dormant account must undergo a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm their identity.
    • Access Restoration: Upon successful completion of the KYC process, access to the account will be restored.
    Maintenance Fees:


    After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of 5% will be applied to the account balance.

    This fee will increase by an additional 1% each month until the balance is fully depleted.

    Maintenance fees are non-refundable, even if the account is reactivated.
    I went through this process. It's been almost a year. I am a losing player. I never multi-accounted, broke rules or took a bonus.

    I believe most of the responses are done by AI. I am surprised someone in this thread got paid. They were still answering my emails, so not sure if I am talking to a real person or what exactly.

    I requested a payment April 17th and have been waiting ever since.

    I have emailed help@nitrobetting.eu so many times. They reply quickly with close to the same generic response every time. Here is the most recent one:

    "Hello xxx,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I regret that your request is still under review by our Processing Team.
    As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe
    at this moment.
    That said, another reminder has been sent to the Processing Team on your
    behalf. However, we still do not know when they will be able to proceed
    with your request.

    Thank you for your continued patience.

    I have emailed security@nitrobetting.eu upon customer service's request, many times, but they never answer.

    They tell me there is no phone number and no one higher up that I am able to contact.

    They have not requested anything from me nor told me any issue with my account and I still have access to everything.

    I was paid a payment a week or so before I requested the April 17th payout and have not been playing in the account while waiting for this one.

    All they keep saying is be patient. You will be paid. The processing team is reviewing your request.

    It has been 5.5 months now and nothing at all has happened.

    I thought maybe they were backed up and waiting for football money, but it's now October and nothing.

    Any suggestions?​

    FWIW, to all those still waiting and have been ghosted by support so far, I had a very similar experience 4 or 5 years ago with old Nitro admins. I had lost my 2FA codes AND access to my own email in a catastrophic event and Nitrogensports,eu support absolutely ignored the **** outta me for two solid months after I explained from a newly made account what had happened. Naturally, yes, I was carrying a balance. Considerable enough for me to fret for two months through complete radio silence from them. Never responded to my request for help. They simply deleted the new acct I made and ignored my dozens of emails with photos of me, with ID, with utility bills ....holdin up signs with sad faces ( I was a reg).

    One day, they just up and emailed me. I had "pased verification" and could access my acct and funds. I think that the sme ignore schtick is at play here, perhaps. Frankly, considering they are starting to slowly pay out others, new and old, there could be no other reason to ignore a few. I'd take the under on Opti's previously stated Xmas date for Nitro to right the ship. But who knows? Good luck, will be monitoring. I was once in line in this thread as well but they sent my WD after 6wks, iirc.

    I just got off of live chat with them and this time they did answer my chat. This is what the agent said: "I understand your concern regarding your withdrawal from 05/03. Your request is still being handled by the Processing Team, and while I’m not able to give a specific timeframe, please rest assured that it is actively being looked into. I’ve already flagged your request to help ensure it receives attention. Delays can occur due to verification checks and high volumes, but your funds will be processed and honored according to our standard procedures. Thank you for your patience and understanding." I should add that they have been telling me this when they actually answer me on live chat, for over four months.
