Vargas is struggling a bit too lately. I love the Mariners pitching staff, but some of the luster has worn off, starting with Vargas. The bigger stat is that the Yankees kill lefties. Go check out the numbers. As I stated before, they have won over 60% of their games against lefties in the last two years. No decision yet on that one. We'll see. Good luck whatever you choose!

I'm not a big parlay guy...like to stick to single game plays. Before you lock in the parlay, check out the Yanks splits v. lefties. I wonder how long Garcia will keep pitching so well? Interested to see what you play, I may lay off the Yanks game altogether. That NYM/Cincy under is intriguing. I have to look into that game more later today. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I want to take the under today in the early game with SD v. Philly. It's at 7, with Harang v. Lee. The only downside is Harang's piss poor history against Philly. However, it's getaway day and that does add to the equation. If we have a play on that game, it will be the under.

I believe maybin is out hurt for the padres...utley, polanco and howard have hurt harang the worst. If one or more are out of the lineup, a play on the under is warranted. I may be busy over the next couple hours, so if someone can post any regulars missing from the lineups, that would be great. Thanks and good luck.

All of phillies big bats in the lineup today and there has been big rlm towards the over...tough to take this one now...

Angels ML (carmona has had good success against angels in the past though, plus line movement favors the tribe)

Dodgers ML (-115) 1x (Locked)

In the oakland game, both pitchers statistically suck. Even though they both have good ERAs and WHIPs, their advanced stats show them both to be extremely lucky this year. With both having FIP, xFIP, tERA and SIERA above 4.5, I think we have a good shot at this low total going over, and when you factor in an expected 15 mph wind blowing from W/SW (towards right center), I think we have enough to make this a 1x play despite both clubs weak offense.

In the Dodgers game, I am fading Nicasio on the road. If you check out his splits, his away stats are putrid. Plus, the Dodgers were one of the few teams to have success against Nicasio in Colorado while the Rockies struggled against Rubby. Finally, as we know from backing them this weekend and losing, the Rockies bats have been quiet lately. Therefore, I'm rolling with the Dodgers for 1x. Good luck!

I saw those a few months ago during NBA season...not too bad, but nothing earth shattering either. Are those the ones you were talking about or are new ones up?

My earlier lean on the Mets/Reds under hit...but the Angels lost so that evens out in the end, so that's a tradeoff where we avoid the juice by not making those plays.

GL tonight...going to bed soon. Let's get this Dodgers ML and TB/Seattw and do it all over again tomororw!

A nice way to start the week, but we close the chapter on yesterday and move onto today. Just keep grinding out profit day after day is the only way to succeed with MLB investing, so we get back to our daily grind. Good luck to everyone today on their plays.

A lot of very intriguing games on today's board. A lot of low totals as well. However, I think the low totals today might not be warranted.

For example.

Nolasco v. Zimmerman - Nolasco and Zimmerman struggled in their last outting. Are they experienced a reversion?
Chacin v. Kershaw - Chacin is struggling big time and I don't think there is any way that one stays under 6.
Lincecum v. Worley - is Worley the real deal and can he be trusted? Lincecum plays to a lot of overs...
Karstens v. Hanson - I really like this one, but even Karstens is reverting somewhat in his latest starts despite winning most of them
Fister v. Sabathia - Both have made me a lot of money on unders this year, but I'm not so sure about today based on Fister's recent outting
Weaver v. Tomlin - interesting on its face, but I'm not sure what the career stats are for these guys against the lineups
Verlander v. Peavy - can Peavy's injury be trusted? He's not the same guy he once was. Verlander has some revenge motivation here, but do the Detroit bats just slam Peavy?
Price v. McCarthy - I like this one as well after yesterday's cash on the over, however, Oakland does not allow McCarthy to pitch past the 6th inning because of injury concerns and we have been burned a few times in McCarthy starts because Oakland's lineup gets lit up and blew our under plays.

If this was four weeks ago, these all might have been plays. However, I think this is the time of year when some pitchers regress a little bit and we need to be careful. I have not had a chance to cap most of today's card so I will know more later. GL.

Guys...I have had a crazy day at work and have a three hour meeting coming up. Unless I have the proper amount of time to cap the games, I will not have any plays. This goes for both mlb and wnba. I will let you know depending on the length of my work meeting. There are some plays I like, but I refuse to make or post any plays that I can't run through my model or properly cap pursuant to my regular process. That is not fair to you or me.

For those of you who follow this thread, please feel free to post your own plays/leans, so we get an idea of what everyone likes today. Bol...
