I shut it down before the playoffs. Not the most logical thinking, but to bet at most probably 5 games throughout the playoffs is just variance in my mind I don't need eating into my season's profit

I have to say, its almost like Jackson expects to be rocky in the first now. You just have to hope that the other team doesn't hurt him beyond repair. He looked very good tonight, I thought the Phillies would overpower him but nope. The Phils offense is really struggling right now and this is not the time to do it.

Shhesh - stop playing on words man. I was just saying that his analysis of the probability of the cards winning came to fruition.

I in no way second guess someone. I am not one of these shitheads who go off on people predicting wrong. It is called gambling for a reason. It isn't a GIC at a bank paying 0.1% interest or something.

Risk = reward, but even stocks can go down and lose.

Umm.. do some searches from me my friend. I have constantly complimented the right call, even when the wager lost. People like LTA and others can easily say screw off to all of us and go make money just fine on their own without any sharing. They enjoy talking about it, getting opinions, and sharing and we all benefit from that. The English word for that is a "forum" which I am participating in.

I could give two flying f**ks about baseball. I'd rather watch grass growing on the field than watch lame asses throwing a ball at insane speeds. I do so because of the possibility of making money, and talking to fine folks who actually care about the sport. There are likely people who do the same for the sports I do care about and they don't.

So go take your technical details to someone who gives a shit. I'm here to talk with normal folk.
