I had 1st 5 under for more than i did stl. shadows plus Garcia money thru 5 usually, made that easy. Would have traded that for stl win but way i saw it at +money i will take Cards both these gms cause we playing to damn well to get knocked out at home, dot think that even a homer opinion, not like i bet Cards gm 1 with Loshe vs Doc, im not trying to burn money

think the total dropping is a direct effect of the shadows at Busch at this start time. im sure you guys watched it, it insane how bright the ball is out of pitchers hand then bam it goes dark after 10 feet, the swings those guys were taking were crazy early on. dont even think Puma saw that the ball in the 1st was gonna hit him in the foot until it actually did.

Honestly the gm probably lies on Jackson's 1st inning, maybe it just me but this guy gives up more 1st inning runs than about anyone i have ever seen. Far as Oswalt i know he has been better as of late but i will take may chances with Cards bats being thrilled to see someone other than the big 3, also nice that Puma gets to turn back around to the left side. Im pounding Cards then if philly wins my drunk ass will be pounding a phi fan.

naw i gotta go get some work done before i go to gm, no beer for me (yet), just read a little of the board this morning and all a sudden these philly fans getting all chirpy again after they were scared shitless after gm 2. keep reading their post thinking "damn id like to clock one of these pricks", but like i said we dont normally act like that here in the best baseball town so i prob just talking shit. yea i agree, didnt think about this at 1st but yes shadows should really help Jackson and his 1st inning struggles. hoping line gets bet up some more, figure bodog will get hit with lots of phi love so maybe line will rise up some more. played some at +109, will play more later.

far as pens, i know Loshe will be available, probably everyone but Carp for Cards, but honestly dont think Cards need to do anything with pen as they have been performing quite well. you figure Jackson will give them innings as that what he does so i wouldnt expect anything but Cards normal pen guys.

Agreed; but if you check the situational splits (high leverage, etc), jackson has an edge. On a whole, however, they are very similar like you said. Yet, the cardinals are readily familiar with Oswalt from his time with the Astros while many of the phillies hitters have yet to face jackson....

No way I place 100 US$ on any parlay my brother, so it was secondary. Like a 3$ bet to pay $125 or so . That's why I play 1 or 2 a night for the fcuk of it. Biggest hit this year was a 9 teamer that paid like $900 bucks for the $3 play. I know parlays are losing bets long term, but I am way up on them this baseball season, been hella lucky.

I have three meetings in a row coming up at work so I can't wait on a better price. +116 was available earlier in the morning but I thought it would continue to go up. I was wrong and the price has hovered around +111 despite the majority of all bets on philly. I have the Cards at -105 in this one so I still think +113 gives us nice value. These pitchers are similar, but I think Jackson performs a little better under pressure today based on his advanced situational stats. In addition, Jackson has not pitched against the phillies since his days with arizona a couple seasons ago, while the cards are readily familiar with oswalt from his days with both the astros and with philly. In fact, many of the phils have never faced Jackson and I think that unfamiliarity helps jackson today. I expect pujols and co to get to oswalt early, jump out to an early lead and never look back. I like philly to win this series, but not until they return to pennsylvania. I'm rolling with the cards for 1x. Good luck.
