great to see the braves playin kickass baseball. if heyward turns it around this is a very dangerous team.

disagree. Lowe hasnt been sharp, few guys on sd hit him really well, stauffer has been a qs machine this month and gotta believe atl bats will slow down fast in that park. Pads should be beaming with confidence after taking 2 in bos.

I agree with BigDan. This isn't as easy as it seems. Pads have a good chance here.

No disrespect to atl, they a very good team. but i gotta wonder where this super hot on fire streak is? They lost 2 of 3 to the muts than to the rangers, salvage the sweep on the last gm against tex, then a shithole tor team that forgot how to hit long before they touched down in atl gets swept and they are on fire?
Cant argue about Pads sucking donkey balls at home so maybe they do get it done. i just dont trust Lowe right now plus Ludwig and a few others have hit him pretty well over their careers.

Their team is finally healthy and Uggla is starting to hit. No way you bet against the bravos the way they have been playing.. Heyward has started to come around, and Lowe has not been that bad as of late..

This is a pick em for a reason. Braves should win on paper, but I don't know if I can take them here. Lowe is too inconsistent, and the offense isn't necessarily clicking. Hope they can keep it rolling, but definitely a no play for me.

yea i guess they really flexed there muscles against guys named jo-jo, Dickey, Stewart. Maybe if you guys get down Huddy can pitch hit, he on fire at the plate right now! please save the fan speak for the fan forums.
Wtf is it about ppl not wanting to have any objectivity whatsoever towards the team they should know best?

i guess .240 against a lot of sub par pitchers is smoking for a guy that is hitting below the mendoza line.

The braves are 10 games above .500 for a reason. The padres are where they are at for a reason. I'm just giving you my opinion. Everyone bet the jays that series and I was the few thy wouldn't dare bet against the braves. Once again, don't bet against a hot team right now especially when they are playing the padres. Where's the logic in that?

Bigdan, why are you hating right now? Just because I think the padres have no shot in hell at winning this game you have to act like a baby? Come on now.

Im sorry that i was trying to bring reasonable discussion to a thread. I didnt realize that was hating. Continue worshiping your team and winning when they win losing when they lose, not how i roll.
GL, you guys should be on fire afte this series. Pads stink at home

Can you tell me what your reasonable discussion was besides uggla hitting below The Mendoza line? Padres have 80 percent of there lineup hitting below the Mendoza line. That's a reasonable arguement right there.

You right, nothing i have said in this thread makes any sense compared to "the braves are on fire!!!" and "pads suck!!" yea "go baves, World Series baby!!" "yea!!" .
Now that i rethink it im sure atl will never lose a game, not this year anyway
Im out, came to wrong thread to try and talk the sport. If i stay any longer im gonna pound Pads out of aggravation, and i dont like betting like that any more than the way you go about it.
