I feel ya. I love my Cardinals but i dont have any problem telling you the absolute truth about them. Or fading them whenever i think it is warranted. Whenever i catch myself getting attached i stay away for a week or so until i feel like im seeing them as they really are again.

Baseball the only sport where im actually a real fan of any team (guess that what happens growing up in da Lou) but to be honest as much as i root for them aint no Cardinal personally helped my financial situation knowingly and im sure they dont mind me cashin when they win or lose.

Yep I feel ya. I take it personal when someone attacks the braves. No matter what game it is, I can't ever bet against the braves. It sounds crazy but it's true. When the braves had that little losing streak I laid off but jumped right on em after winning a few. Well your cardinals sure won me a lot tonight

i just wouldnt bet my team if i felt that way. sometimes it fun if you at gym or bar and Phi is kicking your ass and the only one happy is you, why suffer? prosper. Now if im going to the game that is a different story, but i try and keep it minimal for action if i know im being a homer. worst thing is taking your team rl and going to game and they hit walk off homer, everyone going crazy high 5'in jumping up and down and you gotta fake it cause you pissed you just got buried, trust me dont bet your team rl when you going to game, its rough.

You need to understand one game is not attacking the team, last i checked around 90ish wins gets you in the playoffs, that leaves a bunch of losses to go around. One gm dont mean jack shit in the mlb. Hell i started by saying Braves had a very good team, what more do you want?

disagree. Lowe hasnt been sharp, few guys on sd hit him really well, stauffer has been a qs machine this month and gotta believe atl bats will slow down fast in that park. Pads should be beaming with confidence after taking 2 in bos.

Sd+115...a saw somewhere that a few of these Pads guys who hit Lowe well also hit Jair. More limited abs but still some decent success. Mosely should be able to limit atl in this park, he did do it in Hotlanta. probably low scoring but same result.
