That's what I will be doing. Thanks to you also, your posts look great. I am 1-1 playing dogs at M/L and fav at (-1 1/2) in JM. Down a couple units. Big hit last night on +160 (C) bet with Angels. I will wait until 5-6 series are complete to give my feedback. I recieved the past three years JM plays, I am going to backtest before I get in too deep to see if it is worth it. I am really hoping we can take all the juice out of JM and still be profitable, but until I test it, I won't know.

Just be careful playing multiple picks from these sytems in parlays. A couple of us tried this in NBA and found it not to be very successful in the long run. Don't forget, these are chase bets, playing 3 or 4 bets in a row until a victory is achieved. By putting these teams in parlay, you are basically counting on both teams winning the same night, thus if one loses, then you still haven't closed out either series, and you may have to start going against system rules to try to get money back the next few days. My advice would be, if you are going to play parlays, play them small, and play them to make extra profit, not the actual profit that you are trying to get from the actual system play. These would be made seperately. But whatever makes each person comfortable is really what they should do anyway.

Ya, that's what I did... did the parlay just for fun ! But it paid off !!

Out of a possible 3 sweeps there were 2 and only 1 has a play. Milwaukee got swept by Atlanta and they do not face each other again this season. Get your JM calenders out and mark down:

I was thinking couldn't you just do this betting on a single team. The phillies should have a good record so could you just bet on the phillies using the betting scheme.
Bet A = Your beginning bet. You can, for example, set your beginning bet to win $100 when you first start out.
Bet B = In case Bet A fails, you make bet B to make up for any loss you’ve suffered from Bet A, plus any profit you would have achieved from bet A. So, if your to-win Bet A was $100, your to-win Bet B can be $200.
Bet C = In case Bet B fails, you make bet C to make up for any loss you’ve suffered from Bet A plus Bet B, plus profit you would have achieved from bet A. So, if your to-win Bet A plus Bet B was $300, your to-win Bet C can be $400.


I am sure this has been thought of just wondering what the issue of doing that was? Not enough ROI?

Notes: I have not received an email from JM yet but according to his rules this qualifies as an official play. The rpi is just inside the limits.
TAM (.477) - BAL (.488) a difference of .011. This is one of those plays where he will send it out as official all the way through but if it loses on the (A) bet the rpi will drop below the JM level. He will keep sending it out as official hoping to score the win but if it loses he will disqualify it as a play. He has done this in the past. Play this one at your own risk.
P.S. I changed the color of the bet recommendation so it wouldn't clash with the red on a loss.

You just explained exactly what we are doing...it's called chasing. But you need to pick your spots carefully. Your example of betting on a team like Philly is going to put you in the position of having to play the fav on the ML for the most part. So tonight you would need to bet $140 to win $100 at -140 odds. So your next bet could not be to win $200 if your still hoping to make $100 in profit off that chase. I hope you can how quickly this can add up. Anyways I think you better read this thread in a little more detail.

Thank you. I was trying to figure out what exactly he was saying, I see that you interpreted it the same way as me. The bet structure is in post # 1475. The most profitable way, in my opinion, to bet this system is how I laid it out there.

Not a problem. Just be aware that baseball due to the high odds is very unlike other sports when it comes to chasing. People start to freak out a little when you hit a C and D bet because a "simple" $25 can suddenly turn into several hundred dollars. If you play underdog ML or RL with good odds it's not as crazy but the flip side is your chances of cashing are less.

That's what we all do here is chase bet. If you play Morrison's chase system you're always playing from behind because of the way he structures his bets. We have tried to come up with alternatives so we can win more and risk less.

These guys are correct. Strictly chasing a favorite team for three games can be very costly if you lose all 3 or 4. Take for example my post above. Since I started posting plays on here we are 26-1 (four game chase series), and have netted a profit of +24.5 units, even with a loss. This is because we spread out our bets among different types, and don't just load up on the favorites as most systems do. Along with the favorites, we also include dogs and +money runline wagers, which will lose more often than favorites, but will reward us much higher on our wins (especially (C) & (D) bet wins). The way JM structures his bets, always playing the favorites or the (-money) runlines, a 26-1 record may have us in the negative right now, if not, then very close to it. Most of these sytems that we put on these forums have been tested to death, for success and bet structure, and are only posted on here after this has been proven (with the exception of one person on this thread). Nothing is guaranteed to win, just a model for what has worked in the past. Reread post #1475. That is basically the bet structure for any chase system, not just mine, when your goal is to win 1 unit on (-money) bets and 1+ units on +money bets. Good luck.

Thanks again guys i can see how it works now i have read that post and actually saw it when you posted it as well, i was getting confused between the the two and forgot that both systems are in this thread.. Funny how i would normally just go along with but now betting against the phils has be questioning things haha. I just dont see Lee losing this one, he is due for a great game and ATL riding a 5 game win streak makes it even harder for me to go against the phils. I can see them losing tomorrow but not tonight.
