After a great couple of days we hit the wall on Friday as only 3 of 8 games were profitable.

19 plays on the day go 6-12-1 for a loss of -9.68 Units.

We made a decision yesterday to not sit on a small gain for the 2nd half but to take our swings these last 3 days (ala Ted Williams 1941). We just struck out in our Friday AB. There's no turning back now. We'll need a good Saturday and Sunday to be officially net positive for the 2nd half.

We had action on 8 games Saturday - 5 of them were profitable – 3 lost money.

21 plays go 14-7 on the day for a net gain of +8.82 Units, recovering almost all of Friday’s loss.

We go into the last day of the season needing to pick up only .25 of a Unit to actually finish positive for what has been for us a hellish 2nd semester.

It was a great finish to the regular season

We end the 2010 MLB regular season with both semesters solidly in the green

We followed up Saturday's gain with another plus money day on Sunday - 16 plays go 9-4-3 for a gain of +13 Units.

Finding a little running room at the end, winning 4/L5 days of the season, the official net gain for the 2nd half was +12.76 Units.

Added to the +17.43 Units from the 1st - we finish with an overall +30.19 Unit 2010 MLB regular season.

There were some big mistakes along the way - to be discussed later - but I'm very proud of the fact that we did prevail.
