So again, why did it dip to 7.5 and then get juiced (though not heavily) at 7.5 before the first pitch (with the public on the over)?

it was a trick to get line guys to take the uder. it was only -120 on the 8. not enough juice to make it a real move to 7.5. if pinny doesnt go to -130 on the move down or up its bullshit to psyche line guys out.
