Reds/Cards Over 8

I'm a Reds fan and follow them daily. The Reds are throwing out 2 rookie pitchers that have a month at best at AAA last year and Bronson Arroyo (hasn't pitched in 3 years) in their rotation. Plus their offense should be pretty good this year. Leake had a 6.75 era vs the Reds last year in 16 innings. The Reds pen also had to go 5 innings today. This should be a winner!

12 is normal at Coors. I've seen it higher.

Some Reasons:

1. Just missed being a Reliever Play
2. Wind blowing out at Coors
3. Air Density Index is 44 (very low)
4. LAD has been averaging almost 7 runs a game so far this year and now they go into Coors

Half a run in baseball will always have significance but a few things in your favor are: Coors field has the highest totals in all MLB; These are both run producing teams; and at least the hook is on an even number, which is slightly better than an odd number due to the tie game effect.

Remember, the Reliever Plays are only based on the relief pitchers and their amount of work/rest the last 1, 2 and 3 days, no other factors are taken into account such as, starters, weather, umpires etc. The Regular Plays look at many factors.

Saturday's Reliever Plays:

Wash/Pit over 8.5
Atl/Pit over 8
Cubs/Mil over 9
SF/SD over 7
Tor/TB over 7.5

Still digging down for a Regular Play possibly for tonight.
