After a lengthy international break, the Premier League returns this weekend, and I've pinpointed my best Premier League goal scorer bets, with several tantalizing fixtures on the schedule.
I'm eyeing one of Chelsea's top attackers to be busy in the final third on Saturday, while Arsenal's Swedish striker should be able to take advantage of a rare start with Kai Havertz sidelined due to injury.
Read on to see all four of my best goal scorer props for the weekend.
Premier League best goal scorer bets: Matchweek 6
Here are my Premier League predictions for Matchweek 6 as part of our soccer picks this week.
| Match | Bet | Odds |
|---|---|---|
| Chelsea vs. Bournemouth | Morgan Rogers anytime goal | +170 via DraftKings |
| Liverpool vs. Manchester City | Erling Haaland anytime goal | +120 via DraftKings |
| Arsenal vs. Leeds United | Viktor Gyokeres anytime goal | +135 via DraftKings |
| Hull City vs. Everton | Thierno Barry anytime goal | +205 via DraftKings |
Best Premier League goal scorer bet: Morgan Rogers (+170 at DraftKings)
At this point, Morgan Rogers is a regular in my weekly picks, but there's good reason for it heading into Matchweek 6. The Blues will lock horns with Bournemouth, and Rogers is coming off an impressive stint with England on international duty, scoring once in four Nations League appearances. He also looked dangerous on numerous occasions, even smashing the post against Czechia with a thunderous long-range effort.
When it comes to his role with Chelsea, Rogers should be at the forefront of Xabi Alonso's attack at Stamford Bridge. With Joao Pedro likely unavailable due to injury, even more responsibility will fall on Rogers' shoulders.
His underlying metrics are also solid. Aside from his three goals in five Premier League appearances, the former Aston Villa star ranks in the 87th percentile for xG per 90 (0.62) and the 83rd percentile for touches in the opposition box per 90.
Rogers has also bagged two goals in five career appearances against the Cherries.

Erling Haaland (+120 at DraftKings)
Erling Haaland is doing what he does best this term — scoring goals. The Norwegian hitman leads the top flight with five goals in as many appearances, and I'm eyeing him to cause problems for Liverpool's backline in Sunday's massive clash.
Since being held off the scoresheet in the season opener, Haaland has found the back of the net in every Premier League game. His track record against the Reds is also impressive: three goals in six career meetings, while generating 3.68 xG across those appearances.
Haaland remained in top form on international duty with Norway over the past couple of weeks as well, scoring three times in four matches and registering nine shots on target.

Viktor Gyokeres anytime goal (+135 at DraftKings)
Viktor Gyokeres could get his chance to start on Saturday following Kai Havertz's injury while on international duty with Germany. This is a clear opportunity to prove his worth, and the Swede enters in good form. He was firing on all cylinders during the international break, scoring four Nations League goals.
Gyokeres has also netted three times in two career appearances against Leeds United, who could be without a key defender in Joe Rodon.
After scoring in every game during the break, I'll confidently take Gyokeres to make the most of a potential start in the XI.

Thierno Barry (+205 at DraftKings)
Thierno Barry is off to a great start for the unbeaten Toffees. He's scored twice in five outings, and his 3.50 xG ranks in the 90th percentile among Premier League players.
He's also registered 26 touches in the opposition box already, which is among the best marks in the top flight. Barry has four shots on target in his last three appearances, and his 0.75 non-penalty xG per 90 highlights how consistently he's getting into dangerous scoring positions.
Hull City isn't an easy opponent, but Barry is consistently creating havoc in the final third. He'll be a key factor on Sunday.
