Is this the year the Minnesota Vikings become kings of the North? Here are our Vikings 2022 odds, picks, and preview.

The Vikings finished 8-9 in 2021 after an inconsistent season full of injuries to players such as Dalvin Cook and Adam Thielen. While Justin Jefferson produced an electric campaign, eyes will be on Kirk Cousins as he looks to lead this team to a division title. Cousins was signed to an extension this offseason and will want to prove he's worth that commitment.

Here’s our 2022 NFL season preview for the Minnesota Vikings, with a look at the team’s futures markets and our top picks (odds via DraftKingsFanDuel, and Caesars sportsbooks).

Over 9.5 Wins (+105)

The Vikings have been given the 12th easiest schedule in 2022, and they're facing opponents that finished 2021 with a combined winning percentage of 48.4.

A new coach and new offense should lead to two more wins in 2022. Playing the Lions twice will help, along with rebuilding teams like the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins.

Vikings to win the NFC North (+300)

The Vikings haven’t won the division since 2017, and the Packers have controlled the NFC North for the past three years. However, with questions about the Packers' offense and the Bears and Lions rebuilding, this should be the year the Vikings take the division.

The Packers' schedule is harder, and they may struggle without Davante Adams. The Vikings at +300 to win seems like a great investment.

Cook Over 1125.5 rushing yards (-115)

Dalvin Cook has yet to play a full season due to injury, but he’s exceeded 1125.5 rushing yards in each of the last three campaigns. Cook is the bell-cow option in the Vikings' offense. A new head coach and offensive coordinator may want to pass more, but they won't stop giving the ball to a talented back like Cook.

Expect the Over to hit on this total for a fourth straight season.

Thielen Over 7.5 receiving touchdowns (-115)

Adam Thielen has recorded double-digit receiving touchdowns in two straight seasons. He still reached 10 scores in 2021 despite missing four games due to injury.

There's great chemistry between Thielen and Cousins. The signal-caller has targeted Thielen 18.9% of the time since arriving in Minnesota to begin the 2018 season, even though the wideout has missed 10 games over that span.

Expect their connection to continue, and Thielen will keep being a quality red-zone target. Thielen has exceeded 7.5 touchdowns in three of the four years that Cousins has been at quarterback in Minnesota. In the lone exception, he still notched six touchdowns over 10 games.
