Jaguars vs. Ravens prediction & best bet

Under 42.5 (-110 via BetMGM)

Injuries have forced the Ravens into one of the worst starting quarterback situations we've seen in recent years. Baltimore will likely be without both Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley on Thursday night.

That leaves injured rookie Joe Fagnano, newly acquired Kedon Slovis, or practice-squad addition Austin Reed as potential starters. None has started an NFL regular-season game, and whoever gets the nod will face the Jaguars' No. 2-ranked scoring defense.

On a short week against a rudderless offense, I wouldn't be shocked if the Jaguars take their foot off the gas in the second half rather than continue to push Over 42.5 points. Three of the last four TNF games have finished Under the projected total.

📡 SBR Edge

Possible Ravens starting QBs on Thursday, Fagnano and Slovis, have a combined 11 career NFL completions and zero touchdowns.

Jags' D will dethrone King Henry

Derrick Henry used to victimize the Jaguars when he played for the rival Titans, but times have changed. Jacksonville fields the NFL's No. 1 run defense, while Henry is averaging a career-low 4.0 yards per attempt this season.

The QB injuries certainly haven't helped, but 2026 seems to be the year that Henry finally lost a step. He won't be able to carry a Ravens offense with an inexperienced passer at the helm. The Jaguars will win this matchup handily.

Play to: Under 40.5 (-104), pass at Under 39.5.

Score prediction: Jaguars 25, Ravens 15
