Monday Night Wild Card Props

CeeDee Lamb 75+ receiving yards + Ezekiel Elliott 1+ rushing TD (+260) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lamb averaged 79.9 receiving yards per game during the 2022 campaign. The Cowboys' star wideout recorded nine games with at least 75 receiving yards. Tampa Bay managed to shut Lamb down in the Week 1 meeting. However, in his only other career matchup against the Buccaneers, Lamb accumulated 104 receiving yards.

Elliott had at least one touchdown per contest over a nine-game stretch from Week 6 to Week 17. He found the end zone 12 times in total during the regular season. He will take on a Tampa Bay defense that has allowed a running back to cross the goal line in four of its last seven contests.

The only thing keeping this from a full five-star prop is the doubt cast by the fact that both failed to achieve this prop in Week 1 against the Bucs. Also, a star has been subtracted due to their poor performance last week.

Chris Godwin 25+ receiving yards in each half (+195) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Godwin finished the regular season averaging 68.2 receiving yards per game. In his 15 total games this season, the Bucs wide receiver averaged 41.7 yards in the first 15 minutes of the game. That number takes a sizable dip in the second half, falling to 24.6 yards.

Overall, 21 receivers have gained at least 50 yards in a game against the Cowboys this year. While Godwin was not one of them, teammates Mike Evans and Julio Jones hit this mark in Week 1. Godwin caught three passes for 35 yards in the first half of that game but was held without a catch in the last 15 minutes.

This prop is a star short of being a solid lock due in large part to which Tom Brady we will see Monday night. If we see the Brady who threw for 432 yards against the Carolina Panthers, this is five stars. Godwin hit this prop in that game. If we see Week 1 Brady and his 212 yards against these Cowboys, this prop will likely not cash.

Total sacks Over 4.5 (+108) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dallas ended the regular season averaging 3.2 sacks per game, which landed them as the third-best team in the league in that department. The Cowboys have had five games this year in which they have topped this prop mark by themselves. In Week 1, they registered two sacks on Brady.

Tampa Bay sacked opposing quarterbacks 2.6 times on average during the 2022 campaign. The Bucs were the seventh-best in the league in that respect. They crossed this threshold alone only twice this year. However, when these teams met in Week 1, Tampa defenders combined for four total sacks on both Prescott and Cooper Rush.

A full complement of stars are awarded here given the ferocity of the pass rushers on both ends. Micah Parsons ranked as the seventh-best sack artist in the regular season. He accounted for both of the sacks on Brady in Week 1. Tampa has logged multiple sacks in 13 games this season.
