The bracket's been revealed for the 2025 NCAA Tournament with Duke, Auburn, Florida, and Houston as the No. 1 seeds. Those schools are also the betting favorites by the Final Four odds as they'll try to advance to San Antonio for the March Madness semifinals on Saturday, April 5.

The NCAA Tournament begins Tuesday with the First Four games with the first round of March Madness beginning Thursday. We're looking ahead while aiming to help your March Madness bracket predictions.

Duke (1) and Alabama (2) have the shortest odds of the 16 teams in the East region. They could potentially meet in the Elite Eight.

Odds to win Midwest region

Houston (1) leads Tennessee (2) by the odds to make the Final Four out of the Midwest region:

Odds to win South region

Auburn (1) is the favorite to win the South region over Michigan State (2). Auburn's the third-biggest favorite in the regional betting markets, behind Duke and Florida, who're both offered with minus-money odds.

Odds to win West region

Florida (1) is the second-biggest favorite behind Duke to reach the Final Four. Texas Tech, the region's No. 3 seed, actually has shorter odds than St. John's (2) to make the Final Four. Those two teams could meet in the Sweet 16.

Duke won the ACC tournament mostly without the services of star freshman Cooper Flagg. With Flagg expected to be available for the NCAA Tournament, the Blue Devils are thus being penciled in to win the East region and make the Final Four in San Antonio.

Auburn has +110 odds at FanDuel of winning the South region. The biggest competition is expected to come from Michigan State (+480), the region's second seed.

🐊 Florida

Florida joins Duke as the only other school at minus-money to win its region. The Gators won the SEC tournament over Tennessee on Sunday and will face Norfolk State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
