My Fever vs. Tempo prediction expects an easy win for Indiana at 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday at Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto on ION.
The Fever are 14.5-point favorites and surging up the WNBA championship odds entering the final stretch of the regular season. Don't be surprised if this is a blowout.

🏆 Who will win Fever vs. Tempo?
I predict the Fever will win by 15 points in Toronto tonight. The Tempo have three players out for tonight's game and are motivated to lose to improve their draft pick in the final week. Indiana, meanwhile, would like to climb to the No. 4 seed to host a Round 1 matchup. This won't be much of a contest.
Score prediction: Fever 96, Tempo 81
💰 Fever vs. Tempo prediction & best bet
Tempo Under 86.5 points (-120)
This is too high of a team total for a Tempo team that is not motivated to win. Just take a look at last night's scores to get an idea of what games between tanking teams and playoff squads will be like during this final week.
The Tempo haven't scored more than 82 points in game since Aug. 18, averaging 77 points across their past six outings. I don't expect that trend to end with Toronto not having Marina Mabrey or Brittney Sykes. According to Databallr, Toronto's offensive rating is 5.6 worse without both players.
🔥 Best Fever vs. Tempo player prop bet
Caitlin Clark Under 6.5 first-quarter points (-130)
Caitlin Clark hasn't typically been looking for her shot in the first quarter this season. She's failed to clear 6.5 first-quarter points in 24 of her 36 games, averaging 5.4 points. Across her past 11 outings, Clark has only done it once.
Clark has been especially slow to start in road games. She's only cleared this first-quarter scoring line in one of her previous seven road contests.
FanDuel is the only shop that offers such a market, but it's worth grabbing as a way to have action on this game. I know I won't have much interest in this one after a quarter or two.
🚀 Fever vs. Tempo same-game parlay
I can't use Clark's first-quarter line in a parlay, so I'm leading this SGP with the Tempo's team total. I've also added an alternate spread for the Fever and an alternate scoring line for Kelsey Mitchell. Mitchell has scored at least 25 points in 16 of her previous 20 games, including five straight.
💵 Fever vs. Tempo SGP picks
- Tempo Under 86.5 points (-120)
- Fever -9.5 (-240)
- Kelsey Mitchell 25-plus points (-164)
Best odds: +247 via FanDuel (0.1u -> 0.247u)
