Grayson Rodriguez Under 4.5 strikeouts vs. Astros (-148)
Two things are true: the Astros haven't been striking out in bunches this year (14th in baseball), and Rodriguez simply doesn't generate enough whiffs (23%) against this lineup to put him over this number. Across 51 plate appearances, Houston is getting punched out at just a 15% rate while owning a .287 xBA against the righty, leading me to believe that Rodriguez won't be having a fun time tonight. Let's fire this up as our best strikeout prop today.
Emerson Hancock Under 4.5 strikeouts vs. Dodgers (-142)
Hancock lacks strikeout stuff, and he's up against the Dodgers, who strike out the fifth-least in baseball. The righty hasn't gone over this number in two straight starts and sits in the 34th and 54th percentile in whiff percentage and strikeout rate, respectively. Look for the Dodgers to get to him early and often and for us to be tucked into bed with a smile on our face.
