The Texas Longhorns are huge home favorites against the UTSA Roadrunners one week after knocking off the Michigan Wolverines. Will it be business as usual?

Our UTSA vs. Texas early leans and odds suggest that the Longhorns won’t have any trouble coming out and playing to their highest potential one week after knocking off the defending national champions.

As it stands, Texas is one of the favorites by the College Football Championship odds.

Meanwhile, the Roadrunners lost 49-10 to the Texas State Bobcats in Week 2.

Can the Longhorns cover a spread of nearly five touchdowns, or are they due for a letdown performance against an inferior opponent one week after what could be their biggest win of the season?

BetMGM has the Longhorns favored by 33.5 for a price of -105. FanDuel has the Roadrunners at +34.5 for -105. The line will likely grow to over 35 before kickoff, so if you like either side, get in now while there are still discrepancies.

Over/Under

After watching the Roadrunners lose at home by 39 points to Texas State, this play looks like a huge mistake. But this is such an obvious letdown spot for the Longhorns.

Texas is riding high after its huge win, and it's going to take this UTSA team for granted. The Longhorns are still going to win by at least three touchdowns, but they’re going to be sluggish from the start.

You can wait until closer to kickoff to get in on this spread. The Longhorns are going to take all of the action this week because of their big win and because of who their opponent is.

Not only will this end up at more than 35 points, it may get as high as 38. That’s a lot of movement, but this is a game for which that type of movement makes sense. Wait for the right moment, then get in on the Roadrunners.
