College Football Player Props for Week 10: Best Prop Bets This Week
Last Updated: November 5, 2026 3:18 AM EST • 3 minute read X Social Google News Link
My best college football player props for Week 10 target Michael Hawkins Jr., Isaac Brown, and Nolan James Jr. Last week, I went a perfect 3-for-3, as Javian Mallory cleared 50 rushing yards, Devon Dampier threw for 260, and Jaden Baugh went 42.5 yards below his projected rushing total.
Hawkins is my best play, as the West Virginia quarterback takes on the porous pass defense of No. 15 Texas Tech. I also explain why Brown will have plenty of running room against Georgia Tech, and why James is in trouble when No. 11 Notre Dame hosts No. 1 Miami.

Michael Hawkins Jr. Over 182.5 passing yards (-114 via FanDuel)
Hawkins has thrown for at least 219 yards in three of his last four games, yet the timing of this matchup is actually perfect for bettors. Hawkins was terrible in his last start, which has seemingly made oddsmakers forget he threw for 464 yards two games ago. Most recently, he completed just seven of his 15 passes for 79 yards. However, that performance came against TCU, which has the nation's 15th-ranked pass defense. Texas Tech's pass defense ranks 135th.
Texas Tech is allowing 285.0 passing yards per game and 7.0 passing yards per attempt. While West Virginia is averaging the fifth-most rushing yards per game this season, Hawkins will be called upon to throw more, as his team is a 16.5-point underdog.
Play to: Over 199.5 passing yards

Isaac Brown Over 76.5 rushing yards (-114 via FanDuel)
Brown has rushed for at least 125 yards in three of his last four games, averaging at least 13.8 yards per carry in each of those 100-yard performances. Last week, he ran for 139 yards and three touchdowns, despite only carrying the ball nine times.
Brown ranks sixth nationally in yards per carry, which makes him a nightmare matchup for Georgia Tech. The Georgia Tech rush defense is allowing 219.25 yards per game, which ranks 134th nationally. The unit is also giving up 4.95 yards per carry.
Additionally, Georgia Tech has allowed 54 10-yard runs this season, the most in the ACC. The Yellow Jackets have also allowed 16 20-yard runs, which is tied for the second-most in the conference.
Play to: Over 84.5 rushing yards

Nolan James Jr. Under 69.5 rushing yards (-115 via bet365)
James leads Notre Dame with 90 carries and 519 rushing yards. He's managed at least 73 rushing yards in three consecutive games. However, he's also rushed for 65 yards or fewer in four of his eight games this year. Even more worrisome, he has 10 or fewer carries in six games.
Miami is allowing just 60.75 rushing yards per game, the fewest in the nation. Miami also ranks third in yards allowed per carry, giving up just 2.36 yards per rushing attempt. Because of this, I don't expect James to get anywhere near his season average of 5.8 yards per carry, especially since he's averaged 4.8 yards or fewer in five games.
If James averages 5.0 yards per carry, which seems generous, he'd need at least 14 carries to hit this Over. He's reached 14 carries just twice this season, as he splits time with Jonaz Walton.
Play to: Under 65.5 rushing yards
