Air Force is 2-0 to start the 2022 college football season and will now travel to Laramie for its first conference game of the season. What are the best bets when Air Force and Wyoming clash in Week 3?

Air Force hasn’t had the most difficult first two games, but it's looked impressive thus far. Everything it's done has been on the ground. In its Week 2 win over Colorado, it had just eight yards passing, while Brad Robert’s rushed for 174 yards and three touchdowns.

Wyoming has picked it up since a terrible performance against Illinois in Week 0. It outlasted Tulsa 40-37 in Week 1, then blew out Northern Colorado in Week 2. The matchup against Air Force on Friday is its third consecutive home game. Will home-field advantage be enough to help it slow down the Air Force rushing attack?

This number has fallen off a cliff, but is it really going to go Under? The total has gone Under in seven of the last 10 matchups, including last year when the total was set right here at 46.5.

However, the Air Force offense has been efficient, even though it fumbled three times against Colorado in Week 2. If they have any turnovers in this one, Wyoming should be able to produce points and prevent Air Force from draining too much clock.

Wyoming couldn’t score against a Big Ten opponent in Week 0, but since then, the offense has been able to put points on the board. Air Force’s defensive numbers are slightly inflated because of its opponents, so expect Wyoming to score more than the sportsbooks project.
