I haven't had any issues with CR. I don't like that they no longer have a "live" chat type deal, but most times when I have e-mailed about slow grading or any mistake - it has been corrected within a relatively quick amount of time.
.. And also if you're trying to slip one over on a book, maybe don't make a thread about it.

you mean Bovada CS? Often when I have a problem they won't help via e-mail and insist I call. I call the number, and whoever picks up is clueless. I often wait on hold for long periods while they try to figure out how to use a computer.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

Sorry CS [lack of sleep]. I have never had a problem getting an e-mail response/fix. Fortunately it has only been a few times that I have had to deal with them. I am sure like every place, there are good/bad experiences abound. I have never had issues with 5Dimes CS, yet I know there are a slew of people who hate them and insist they are the spawn of satan.Comment
