Shari, I have a future on Schiavone. Would you hedge tomorrow vs janko with the way the rest of the draw has opened up for her, and what % of the amount the bet pays out would you hedge for? Thx and gl.

If I were you, I'd hedge. I actually would be surprised if Schiavone won tomorrow. She could've lost against Peng if Peng had been healthy. I'm not going to say for how much you should hedge for as it's your money and I don't want to take responsibility for it but I'd definitely get out for a good size. The way Jellohead's been playing, Schiavone is going to need to be at 110% to beat her and unfortunately she just hasn't been lately.

I hope you're right. My past two days have been shocking - that's why I dropped my units today for the most part. I'm just passing over bets I like and going with "safer" ones that aren't hitting. Some of them are missing by a lot and some are missing by very little. Not sure which is worse actually

Thanks Punter. But unfortunately the past 2 days have been pretty bad so hopefully Falla, Ljubi and Soderling can salvage the day for me. The women have been shocking for me and that's normally where I make my cash. Not sure how much longer I can keep doing this time-wise but I'll keep going for as long as I can

I can't get a read on them at all. Numbers aren't working and I just don't trust my gut enough so I'm stuck. Hopefully the next couple of days turn it around for everyone as it seems the regulars in the tennis forum have been getting smucked by these silly women.

Even with Ljubi. I knew he could do it but man I'm starting to second guess myself.

Yeah seems to be too many variables in picking WTA games. I still like to do it, but trying to figure out what the hell is in these Chickies heads is almost impossible sometimes. Makes you miss serena and justine pre first retirement. Very few robotic personalities in the womens game and honestly that makes it a lot harder to cap.
I still think like EP says that vera imploding is just a matter of time. Also a future now of Kuzzy to win it all would be a smart bet IMO She should beat the Wozi-killer, then who can trust dulko or bartoli. Jellohead is going to be her toughest out.Her half of the draw is the easiest by far and with her past success the odds makers are going to give her much love if she makes it to the semis or hedge for a green out. The bottom half of the draw are going to beat each other to a pulp over the next week with 6 of those 8 having a chance to get to the final

Pretty screwy odds. They both have a good chance. Jello should be closer to 4-1 at this point I'd think. Her poor form on hard when she was a basketcase (with lingering injuries) is driving up her odds imo.

Shari,weird futures lines.Janko is +1700 and kuz is +1100..5 dimes..But jello is favored over Schiavone who is +1100.Something is amiss here.

Too bad you cant convince Dax to put up the bookmaker tennis futures again..

Another thing shari..All 8 of the players on the top half..the lowest is +1125(vera) That means you could play all 8, and be down 7 units with a +1150 gal in the final..I seriously doubt(even on clay that Azarenka or shrapova would be that big of a fav vs Vera, or even Kuzzy or Schiavone(considering she is the defending champ will account for a lot in the minds of bookies). Even so some off the wall reason if dulko or pavy make it..You could still green out..

Seems to easy to make a profit.Ill be up early in the AM eastern before 5am.Let me know what you think
