Thoughts on Yastremska to win Hua Hin @8? She plays Peng in the next round which should be easy, Muguruza in quarters and she leads h2h 1-0 against her. Nicolescu(?) Most likely in semis and Garcia in finals. She could get it done.

I see her easing past Peng but she doesn't appear to me to have what it takes to go 2-0 against my girlfriend, Muguruza (lol). The truth is it's easy for an underdog to stun a high-profile player in a first meeting in a calendar-filler tournament (tournaments outside of grand slams and masters). When that happens, such an underdog will have no hiding place in the next meeting. If Yastremska meets Muguruza in Thailand, it'll be a blood bath of a revenge. An underdog's capacity to spring a surprise is always diminished by an upset (the underdog's win) in a prior meeting. That holds true in all sports.
