Two clay court vets going at it here. Chela has the better all-around game IMO, so if he's right and continues his good run of form in Austria - I don't think Oscar has the weapons to hurt him too much. Chela seems fairly handy and capable of winning when he faces guys without a big dominant serve on dirt. JIC is 14-4 at this event all-time, so you know he digs the surface. If he holds serve well, I think he can pressure Hernandez enough in the return game to pull out a tight win. Would not be surprised if it went 3 sets though.
