can't believe Gimeno Traver's odds 1.85 at Pinnacle, to beat Ouahab that's the value of the year for me

Watch Ouahab here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbN7jqekgKs lots of luck for him in that match, man is not fit
                  Garcia Lopez played very bad.
Gimeno Traver @1.85 kidding me? great value, should be 1.40 or so

I am thinking the complete opposite. Couldn't believe Traver was a decent sized favourite and the odds are now going down on Ouahab as I expected it to be.

I mentioned Ouahab was the one to watch before the draw even came out. The guy has so much natural talent but just a shame he never put it all together either that's through laziness or whatever.

Ouahab with three ITF titles in a row here and a challenger event here earlier in the year, whereas Traver lost to Djere in the 1st round of that Challenger event. Additionally, Traver has been poor in almost every one of the slower clay tournaments in the last few years.

Ouahab should be the favourite here @1.5 and I expect him to win in straights. If this goes 3 sets though, Ouahab's fitness might let him down unless the crowd helps him out.

watch the youtube match i just did and Garcia Lopez was injured (foot) and Ouahab (smart play i confess) made him run with many drop shots, anyway Garcia Lopez played way subar to his normal level, many UE and could not move well. Ouahab is not fit and his serve is pretty weak
Gimeno Traver can play good on clay, he'll have to put the ball back into the court and make his opponent run . for me he wins the match 70% of the time, hence a nice value at 1.85

                          In my opinion of course

Strange things are happening. GGL was not injured, it was fake, tactical imo. But it is not Quahab who is also playing great. The guy has zero mobility. GGL throwed almost all the balls where Quahab is moving to , or where he is waiting. The videos above show as if Quahab had played so great, yes he had very good points, but there were also many balls that he couldnt react even. For better understanding i suggest to watch the whole match. GGL is a clown. Last two break games from each player were 100% fake. For the upcoming match with Traver, I see no bet is the safest bet. The game has to be watched as an entertainment event.

Ok, I can understand the hating about GGL not performing on the highest level. But why would you consider Gimeno-Traver to be a much tougher challenge for Ouahab?

For me two reasons: Baseline game is better than Ouahab (probably not the shotmaking but overall its more solid than Ouahab), serve is better too, and also mentally he never tanks a match (attitude similar to Berlocq he tries his best every time, that's why i dont like guys like GGL you never know which kind of mood they will enter the court), solid baseline game on clay I think this will be too much for Ouahab, indeed after watching the match on youtube the moroccan looked like cooked at the end of his match and it was just 2 quick sets)

Legit points. Although I don't think that more solid (more error free) baseline game necessarily means better.

I understand that many are worried about Ouahab's fitness level and Gimeno definitely has an edge there, if match goes the distance. But lets not forget that Morrocan is good at makinng te points shorter with either going for the winner, or inviting oppoenent to the net with dropshot. Of course, it risky. But I think Ouahab has proven that he can pull it off in current form.

To sum this up. If Gimeno would be a dog here, I would also look for reasons to back him. But at these odds, I simply believe it's not worth it: I am probably skipping this one. If I had to choose, I'd go Ouahab 1st set. Good luck!

Also watched it on youtube, Ouhab has nothing special. Dropshots that are praised everywhere are mediocre. GGL is injured, not really trying to win the game, looks like trying to keep in the game, putting up a good show.
