I can honestly say, for the first time in my entire life, that the winner was less deserving than the loser.

I can also say – with complete honesty – that the vast majority of tennis commentators spew more bullshit than your average politician.

Edit: Just looked at the complete statistics. Absolutely saddening...

How do you think the commentators would do at betting? How is your "value" betting going btw?

I haven't been betting much lately, nor have I been attending the boards. I also have been mostly live betting recently, and that's been quite the gold mine or me actually.

The bets I have made since the start of the tourney have been doing well too.

Was lucky to hit both Nieminen 1:st and Don'Juan 1:st yesterday. Also hit Tsonga, but that wasn't nearly as lucky. It was lucky after being a set down though, but obviously such developments are irrelevant to conventional betting.

I think they would do quite well presuming basic knowledge of betting, which plenty comments have led me to believe they lack.

Nope. I hate hedging. On average, it doesn't have more advantages than disadvantages, but in my case it's a matter of principle more than anything. If I have a bet on a player I'm not going to go against that bet.

Those factors combined are enough for a loss, even in 1:st where he should stand a better chance. Too bad!

No, I always say the winner is deserving per definition. This is the first time I've ever come to doubt that from watching a match.

Did you see the resolution of that match, per chance? Players such as Nadal tend to have more "luck", but that was something otherworldly to me. I was upset because of compassion for poor FK Grigor. I agree that statement could lead one to believe I hate Nadal though, haha.

Regardless, I was simply expressing my honest opinion. I claim it to be unrelated to any bets I make. This should be especially easy to accept when I don't have any bets on the subject. You're right about one thing, however: This thread is terrible posts galore. ; )
