your just looking for an excuse for blaming the casino after such high losses. Its your fault that you don't have any self control not the casinos. As far as I am concerned you should have kept track of your losses and they don't own you any hand history.

1- what if i said i never played in the casino? How can they prove this to me or anyone? clearly there is a way. I would like to analyze the losses in my account.

2- i know the hand histories cannot prove with any certainty anything. but they will prove that i went on a 10 million to one longshot of a bad run. the number of hands lost in a row in a game i should win 49% of time was astounding.

3- they are refusing to provide me a rebate

4- they put funds that were withdrawn 4 months ago into an account with an active casino. I requested to have casino turned off so many times.

5- there are 100 things wrong here and sportsbetting.ag needs to give some answers (at least the hand histories)

Can't you review your transaction history to see how much went in or out?

Justin, can't you guys help him get the hand histories? And if sportsbetting.ag can't provide hand histories, shouldn't that be a knock against them when it comes to ratings?

                i never said that.

                hand history should be given.

EZ street sports was called out on it when they didn't get cory's hand history to him in a timely manner

I was up 2k from a $200 deposit at an online casino last night, i lost it all but I only have myself to blame. most people that complain online casino's are rigged where probably up a decent amount of cash at some point before going bust.

online casinos don't need to be rigged. the probabilities and payoffs as they stand will take your money away from you.

Unlike in a real casino, where there are physically unpredictable events like a ball rolling on a moving roulette wheel or a set of cards dealt from a deck shuffled by hand, online casinos are driven by computers. Computers have no concept of random numbers, because computers are not designed to think in unpredictable ways. Therefore, in order to create the appearance of randomness, complex mathematical algorithms are programmed in software to spit out a stream of what are called pseudorandom numbers. Usually these algorithms start with a seed number, like the number of seconds that have elapsed since midnight, and run an iterative calculation to create a number that is then parsed into bins representing either a number 0-38 for a roulette wheel, 1-6 for craps dice, or 1-52 for a deck of cards.

That all being said, stop complaining about the casino. I've lost a ton of both money and sbr points before on roulette wheels that had an unholy long streak of black numbers, red numbers, even numbers, odd numbers, big numbers, small numbers, numbers in a single street, several 0/00 in a row, whatever. I've lost over 10 blackjack hands in a row on more than one occasion. It is impossible to tell if its rigged because you can't really play enough hands to check for a uniform probability distribution before you encounter a Gambler's Ruin scenario. All I know is none of what I encountered online is any more or less likely than in a real life casino. 1-2-3-4-5 can be just as much a random sequence of numbers as 37-22-108-954-3.14159

You lost a game you knew the odds were stacked against you. You weren't robbed, you weren't suckered, you played and you lost. End of story.

If they gave you your hand history tomorrow, would it honestly make you feel better? Change anything about your life?

I've gotten hot and lost it all back more times than i'd like to remember in brick/online casinos. Then I am pissed for a few hours at the casino. Then the next day, I realize I'm the one who did it, and I'm really pissed at myself, then I get over it. If at any point, the local harrah's or whatever online place I used gave me a history, I would probably just be more disgusted with myself.

It sounds like you really shouldn't do online casinos. So don't. If you log in and your casinos enabled, log out. Either contact support or just withdraw your money and go to a different book. But take responsibility and stop complaining about something that I really doubt you would do anything with.

Solid explanation. The only thing I would add is that some sportsbook casinos "difficulty algorithms" are different than others. I've played at many online casinos that all use the same casino/blackjack software (including Bet Islands, Bookmaker,5 Dimes, Heritage and right here at SBR). I can tell you without doubt, Heritage's is the unfairest.

correct. i see no record of anything on the website showing previous balances at any time (betonline/sportsbetting.ag software). They have been unable or unwilling to provide this to me.

Click on "All transactions". It will show money to and from the casino. You can go back as long as you like on Betonline.

to and from casino? I wish they made you put funds into the casino before losing it. It comes straight from the sportsbook balance.

You just provided me with info I have been asking sportsbetting.ag for for the last month. I now see the losses per day. wow, now for the hand histories.

Cant believe they are offering 0 rebate on this. They say cause my balance is not 0, no rebate. My balance would have been at 0 had they not put my 5 month old withdrawals back in the account!
