First off let me say that I have had MANY problems with BOL including a massive hacking issue, (like others have posted) slow payouts, all that good stuff that seems to be a constant problem but I was wondering on everyones opinion on the CUSTOMER SERVICE in general. It drives me nuts when one person on customer service tells me one thing, and another tells me the complete opposite which seems to happen on EVERY SINGLE issue with Betonline. I don't want customer service to tell me what I want to hear, I want to know the truth and this seems to be a problem every time. The betonline customer service staff has to be the most incompetent customer service staff I have ever dealt with. Anyone ever try live chat? It literally takes a half hour to an hour to handle the simplest of issues. I assume they deal with 5+ chats at once but it is insanely frustrating.
