I won approx $1,100 from this Mad bonus playing mostly slots (Pirates Revenge), with a 50k rollover no less. So it's not a crime & not fixed, people do win occasionally.

I won about $1,400 in Blackjack so it's definitely not fixed. At least the rollover is attached to the bonus only unlike some other books that attached it to the deposit + bonus. If that was the case almost everyone who took 5dimes up on this offer would still be working on their rollover.

who calls something a BONUS and u get nothing extra to play with?? wtf this isnt a poker site.

u deposit 200$ and u get a 100% MAD BONUS with 100 X roll. (lol first off).

then u would think u get 200$ in the casino to gamble but NO.. u have to use ur sportsbook money (the 200$ u deposited) and gamble that.. and then u will release the 200$ they are giving u after u rolled over 20,000 $ . LOL

what a joke bonus.

may as well call it 1-1000 chance of obtaining a 1% loyalty reward. bwhahahaha

"Nothing xtra to play with"? I made a $500 initial deposit & received a $500 casino bonus, that is indeed xtra to play with. $500 was placed into my bonus casino account, separate from my $500 sportsbook account balance. I didn't have to use my sportsbook $ first. Granted it was a high 50k rollover, which is very unlikely to meet. But not impossible, as I met the rollover. They're not going to make it an easy rollover, when giving away a 100% bonus.

I've used this promo a few times and always had to use the bonus play tab to meet the rollover, never used any of my bankroll. Who told you this?

live chat at 5dimes told me this.. they said that the 200$ I deposited has to be used to gamble in casino.. once I reach 20,000 gambled then they will release the 200$ bonus.

if this isnt right then they ripped me off.. but they said that is how the MAD BONUS works.

Think you misunderstood. The $200 CASINO bonus has to be rolled over.. NOT your deposit for the sportsbook.

The way you mentioned it doesnt even make sense with the promotion.

I have contacted live chat and they gave me the bonuses as unusable.. they are talking with management on why it was credited wrong.

I am supposed to check back in a few hrs. If I end up getting the bonus as playable then I will play it and report back here how it goes

its been another 24hrs and still no mad bonus.

I deposited on May 9th and they still arent giving me it.. I may have to contact sbr over this dumb of a deal.

5dimes is literally one of the most incompetent customer service minded books I have ever seen.. its always we need to inform management, give us a few hrs.. then an entire day passes and the promises they made are as if they never said them LOL.

**update I talked to live chat again.. they said they forgot or something.. wtf? but anyway this Bruce guy says he will definitely handle it as soon as management gets in.. I am "patiently" waiting a few hrs more before I consider this whole thing a lost cause.

contacted live chat again because bonus still hadnt been credited.. they looked into it and ended up giving me the casino bonus with a 1 X rollover instead of 100X to make up for it. What a nice gesture and now I have no further fuss or complaint
