I've already turned the credit they gave me into a good size profit, but still not happy about it until they pay up!

Giving credit for what?

Lets say you made $1000 from that $65 credit. Are you going to be able to get the check? Well, not in 2012 in my opinion.

I requested a payout and was approved on april 19th. I got 2 emails already after I asked for my tracking number, saying that due to the holidays they are experiencing delays and they dont know when i will recieve my check. WTF. I thought this book was reliable

I recieved two bs emails from them saying they dont know when i will get my check. I was approved on april 19th so about a month now. Crazy. Gonna open an account at 5 dimes I think

Ok they cancled my March 15 payment then resent wire on March 26th They said was sent on April 4th that never showed up So today being May 17th they still have my money it has not been sent yet they hope to have a tracking number in a few days [ya right read that one on this board ] So i think i have the record no money in 60 some days and its still is not on its way . The truth after 60 some days nothing has been done and the lies start over again

Is bovada broke?

Just curious as to what some of you are thinking about bovadas delays in paying people in a decent timeframe. Is this strictly because of having problems finding banks/processors to handle the ammount of volume they have or are they hurting financially?

I'm not saying they are broke i'm just curious what people's thoughts are.

the 21st is a bank holiday in Canada.

I think wires should definitely be avoided. I haven't heard of any going through. I haven't heard of any checks after 4/1 get delivered either.

You are right Halstad outside of Brotherwil no one reports receiving money for the last few days. Seems like cash stopped flowing when we all got our "bonuses". I've been checking other forums and no reports of payouts there either.

I sent them 2 emails and got a form letter back saying they are sorry and dont know when ill get my money. going to 5 dimes, face it, we may never see our money. need to shut this site down already, they are the new sportsbook.com, they dont pay

Do you know how many players they have? Google the model of your laptop and see if more bad or good reviews come up on search engine results for posting forums. Less than 1% of active online gamblers use these forums. The overwhelming majority of users want to blog about a problem, not leave a favorable review.

Pretty much. I'm sure ALL of Bovada's customers are experiencing the same thing, just that they don't use forums or don't know about sites like these to come and rant about it.

I requested a payout from Bovada on April 13 and it was approved on April 15. I have still not received my check and it has now been more than a month. I have emailed them a few times and called, and I only get told to be patient. I think being patient ended about two weeks ago. Am I going to get paid???

It has been over a month since my payout was approved and I still dont even have a tracking number for my check. The site did compensate my account with some bonus cash, which is appreciated, but really does not mean anything if i cannot get a check. I have always gotten my check within a week in the past, so this is rather odd....

I received a $150 bonus earlier this week...same garbage, "be patient, we are behind due to ____(insert excuse here)______." My cash out was approved on 4/7, and still no tracking info.

I responded Wednesday and told them their "bonuses" were no good if they were not able to handle day-to-day payouts. I informed them that their issues were being reported in various forums, and that I had filed a complaint with SBR.

I also told them that if I did not receive tracking info by 5:00 pm today I would log further complaints and attempt to contact any gaming commissions that oversee their operations.

10 minutes later my phone rang. It was a number I didn't recognize, so I didn't answer. No voicemail was left.

Then I promptly received this email...

Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

My name is xxxxxxxxx, and I am contacting you from the Bovada Player Advocacy Team. I attempted to call you earlier today, however there was no answer. I would like to discuss your recent payout and kindly ask that you respond directly to this email if there is a better number at which I can reach you.

I will be out of the office until this Saturday, and I will be sure to contact you as soon as I return.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Anyone out there recd a check, anyone???? Seems like payments stopped at the 4/5 approval date. I'd feel better if some has been paid out from that weeks approval. The only person I see paid is Brotherwil. Filed my second complaint today with SBR.

I'm trying my best to think rationally through this...

On one hand, Bovada is still operational. They must be paying their employees (or else why would anyone be answering our emails, phone calls, etc. or posting lines, advertising, blah blah blah). So, there must be SOME money in the pipeline.

Yet on the other hand, Monday is business day #30 for me. The excuses about "being behind due to Easter" are no longer valid. Reading everyone's comments about similar delays, lost wires, etc., there is OBVIOUSLY a serious problem with their financial credibility.

At what point will we see downgrades?

Of course, maybe they've been "seized" again...maybe they've turned us all in.
