After numerous attempts to get in, one time I briefly saw an announcement that they are working on the site and hope to be back soon.

It would be professional if they redirected to a notice stating that, and also stated an eta to be back up.

I spoke with 5dimes assistant an hour ago and he told me that they will be done by 3 am, which I don't trust.

It's better to come back in the morning than trust them to finish by 3 am.

Man don't believe a word they say they were telling me yesterday it would be done in 45 minutes and this was when the servers first went down yesterday
