Hi guys,

Thanks for all the feedback as time goes by the betting cart will expand , we are expanding on a daily basis right now. I understand we have gone through some tech issues or perhaps not offering certain props that we did before but our service is still the same , we still pay the fastest , we still treat all of our players like VIPs , and our bonuses are still good. Me and my staff have done our best to take care of everyone that has had any issue and we will continue to do so.

As far as the rounding yes we are but it goes both ways you can verify this for yourself , per popular demand I tried implementing cents.. people were still not satisfied.

A thread like this get rewarded? I didn't go to betislands and complain about this. I went there and asked them for a free play since I have NEVER made one withdraw with them ever. I have withdrawn at 5dimes but I can't win for shit here. I have made probably 15+ deposits and never a withdraw so I asked for a free play. This is the first time ever talking with Jon. I didn't even tell him about what I thought they could have done better with until after he already told me he was going to hook me up. That's when I suggested trying put up some more prop bets. Just sick? Why is it sick, what does this matter to you anyways? If it makes you feel any less sick I loss with the free play. I had a parlay with Atlanta and Toronto yesterday. Toronto blew the game but it doesn't matter because I don't win. So big daddy, um suk my balls.

We should all try this:

STEP 1: Make thread saying book dropped the ball
STEP 2: Call cs and ask for freeplay

+EV? Worst case is they say no and lose out on potential future deposits or say yes and keep a valued "losing" customer.

theres no sports to bet on in the sportsbook. if you go to select your wager type, theres no leagues there.

You're an idiot. I expect a lot from these books and why not, they hold my money...don't they hold yours? I post on 5 different forums regularly and I'm the first one to harp on them when there's no lines at 7AM and the first one to give them praise when they pay 4 times within hours each time in a 4 week time span....which BI did.

I've recommended this book to so many people.

Sundays we close the week out , so the overnight lines were not up and to be honest we may not have them around people " demand " the overnight lines but when I come in the next day there is practically no reason to have them up when the volume is not there.

Then I see people questioning the full operation and the sportsbook just for that reason , if we decided to stop dealing overnight lines that does not make us a better or worst book in my opinion its is a matter of adjusting we made the move to our own facility thinking big picture it is not an easy task and yes there have been some tech issues but I have always been there to resolve them and compensate everyone that had a single issue. What makes a book now a days is wether it pays or not .. and we pay the fastest around , have the best CS and some pretty good bonuses.
