Hate to say it but BetIslands kinda dropped the ball today.

Now I have been a avid supporter of BetIslands but I made a deposit today and am a little disappointed. They only have one prop bet on the NFL draft and it is a bet on ov/un Offense/Defense players picked for the round. That's it. On top of this I went to live chat to ask about NBA prop bets for today (before Kobe was said to be sitting out) I was told they won't have any prop bets on NBA tonight because there simply was no interest. Um okay. Before the Kobe announcement went out he needed 38 points to win the scoring title which I am SURE had interest on other books by MANY bettors. I now wish I made my deposit with 5dimes which I don't even have to look but am sure they have mad props for the NFL draft and I am gonna say a really good chance they will have live betting during the draft as well. There is a small board tonight for baseball and NBA is pretty un-bettable right now so it would be nice to watch this draft with a little action on it.

Come on Jon, Betislands needs to step it up with things like this.

I started using betislands shortly after I was given the boot bymy old bookie...had a small issue with my deposit and the cs was great , they pay me fast , treat me well. And from the looks of it I am not the only one ... People need to value good us outs that pay , and treat their clients right most of the complaints are about this book are absurd I thank what they do for us because these guys actually care and don't treat you like a number sure 5dimes may have more props but 5dimes doesn't give fat bonuses or sends checks in 3 days cmon people stop the bitching and don't ruin a fine sportsbook for american players give them time to expand their bettin cart

Few or no books are gonna offer NBA player props the last day of the season with so many sit outs/shortened minutes.

5dimes had only a hand full of draft props and zero once the draft started. Bov and sportsbook had some live props but took them down pretty fast. Hit a +300 and was ready to give it back at bovada but they took them off the board. Maybe they got hit pretty hard from people in the know? Also I had a $50 max on all props at all the books as well so you didn't miss much.

Excellent post! It's just that Betislands has set the bar so high that when they come back down to earth a little....people get a little wound up. They pay(same day) and have excellent CS...they've paid me within a few hours of the request on 4/12, 4/16, 4/21, and 4/26...all for $950 each..

The $950 max p2p runs Mon-Sat....first one was requested on Wed 4/11, the 2nd the following week on Mon 4/16, the 3rd I put the request in on Sat 4/21 to be sent out the following Mon 4/23 but they processed it quickly and had the info in my email Sat afternoon....the 4th was requested yesterday Thurs 4/26...all WUUUUUUUU's for $950. First one was free...the last 3 had a $50 fee.

Who pays faster ? Betislands

Who has better bonuses ? Betislands

Who has better CS ? Betislands

Now if people still want to overlook these things then be my guest but everyone calling Betislands a " joke " or bashing about non sense really need a reality check a book is a joke when it does players wrong not when they dont put certain props up.

Yeah and I still stand by my post about dropping the ball a little. I figured they would have prop bets on the NFL draft. That doesn't mean I wouldn't have still deposited with them in all honesty. I only had $200 to deposit so I really wanted the bonus. I still think BetIslands is awesome.

Went to cs today and wanted to see if I could get a free play. They told me to ask Jon in an email so that's what I did. He put a $100 free play in my account right away. I have made many deposits with this book and they showed me today one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Their customer service is by far the best. This was the first time I ever talked to Jon and he hooked it up.
