I' am a 21 year old Canadian resident who has been betting on sports for as long as i could for about the past 4 years. I have been hopping around from sportsbook to sportsbook for a while and i feel like i have tried almost all of them. After making quite a few large payouts from Pinnaclesports.com , they banned me for no reason. Ever since, i have not found a sportsbook that can live up to pinnaclesports standards (i would love an invite?? --Pinnacle sports reps...).
Shortly after being forced out of Pinnaclesports, i moved to SBG Global. I have been with SBG Global for the past year at least and i will never deposit again, heres why...
Depositing is actually very easy and instant, probably the only good thing about the sportsbook. Their mobile betting is the slowest i have ever seen (feels like a BAUD rate of 300......). Their full online betting form is also quite glitchy as well but that is not the source of my problems. They also have an incredibly terrible selection for soccer odds.
My main complaint is their pay out system. I have received TONS of wire transfers in my life and not one has taken more than 7 business days. I have processed several payouts from SBG Global, all of them being from ** and less than $1000 - Until this year. On February 27th i submitted a payout for $5,000 via wire transfer to my bank account. They said it can take from 2-14 business days which was first of all, a large range and secondly, an absurd amount of time to wait for a wire transfer. Well, i guess the joke is on me because i am still waiting for the payout. Payment submitted on February 27th, processed on March 2nd. I have now been waiting 30 Business days and 45 Calendar days for my payout. Coincidentally, i completely missed March Madness, what a joke.
The customer service has also been a complete joke. I have been on the live chat daily for the past couple weeks and on the phone with the so called "manager" on a weekly basis. They told me on March 19th that they left a message for their alleged "processor" to get an update on the payout. The so called "processor" has not responded to their message yet. Really? No response after 20 business days?? Anyways, the company refuses to provide any updates on my payment or help at all without accusing me and asking me for bank statements (which i have provided, sadly).
I just wanted to post this story for any newcomers looking for a sportsbook to give SBG global a strong NO. I would highly recommend avoiding this sportsbook at all costs! There are much better sportsbooks out there. Once i receive my final payout, i will be calling SBG global to request my account deletion and documents destroyed. I have currently labeled SBG Global as a scammer or just a complete joke of a sportsbook. I cant really tell if they are just incredibly incompetent or just trying to scam me and take me for my hard earned money.
