    sportsbetting.com WONT pay me!!

Can someone please help me or assist me in getting my money from these people, thank you!
I deposited 1500 last week and won up to 2300. The customer service team told me to submit ID verification prior a withdrawal, and I did just that. Now, they are taking forever to give me a response and declare that I can start taking money out. They keep on giving me the same responses and advice me to be patient. I am starting to think that it's a total scam and that I will never get paid. It looks like you've had experience with them before. Do they eventually pay, or should I just not waste my time anymore. Do you know who I can talk to that can help me at least get my initial $1500 deposits back. Please help!

Hi, Well I was paid off eventually. Took about a month with many faxes, too much info, and major deductions for the transfer. It would have been much better to have driven the 100 miles to Lake Tahoe and go visit Harrahs. I took all my money out - deposited $200 won a $150 (Go Niners) - then tried to have $150 wired to my bank per SB.com's instructions. About 5 days later, I found that my request for withdrawal had been "withdrawn". I contacted them and found out about the verification form and the faxed document copies they wanted (many pictures of my data - too many). 3 tries later they finally accepted the clarity of the last fax I sent (actually an attachment as none of the faxes credit card reproduction was "clear" enough). I finally was able to withdraw all mm money and received $309 from them (from which may bank deducted $10 for the wire). I have reduced the limit on the credit card I used for the deposit (+ a foreign transaction fee of 3%) to almost nothing - just in case.

been playing there couple years. never had a problem with withdrawls. for the past 4 months alone i have taken out $xxxx a month by check for free and last month took out very close to $xxxxx by bank wire also free. my checks came within a week. the bank wire a day quicker. but, i keep hearing all these complaints about payouts. is there a problem there or not. i live in the US. does that make any difference. i can't just be lucky to always get paid quick. i have a large balance and even though i have never had a problem i am thinking that i should get most of it out. is there anyone that just does not get thier money in a timely manner, once verified.

This is the price you pay for wagering offshore. If you must, please use A rated books. These incentives that the lower rated books use are just a way of suckering you into investing your money. The truth is that no offshore book can absorb a major hit. Theyhave to spread their money out so thin that they just can not pay off when it happens. Did you ever see a book in Vegas fail to pay a winner? My guess is that eventually, every book in here will have at least one horror story written about them. I haven't seen a one from any Vegas books yet. Look for a broker in Vegas.

Sportsbetting.com is a very reliable book at this time. They are paying out very quickly once documents are verified. CCfields doesn't understand that offshore wagering is not a deposit in the morning, make a quick $100 and withdrawal that evening type of set up. If you want your winnings settled up daily or even every couple of days, offshore is not the best option Even with an A++++++++ Book.

yea they eventually pay, but they are very careful with their checks etc. they just need to verify the information before they pay out.

I requested a bank wire and it got processed in about 10 days. However, I worry that the book may fail because it seems so poorly run.

I have been paid 3 times by bank wire by sportsbetting.com (2-4k each time). Each one took almost exactly a week. This book seems solid to me, and their futures/props/live betting are easy to beat.

asked for another $xxxx withdrawl by bank wire last week. hit my bank today. my fee was $44 from the banks involed. called sportsbetting.com and they put the $44 in my account in minutes. i think it's a new policy. free bank wires. all bank wires. up to $50 for bank fees once a month. they pay fast and are cheaper to get paid than most. this book shpuld at least rated 'b+'

Last weekend, Sportsbetting.com posted an "incorrect" 2H total on Pitt/Cinc; they posted 20.5 while it was 28 elsewhere. The 2H total went over even the correct line. A solid book would have honored the bet, despite the error, but this book book no-actioned my over bet. I suspect that if anyone bet the under, their bet was NOT no-actioned, but that's just a suspicion. I understand the book has this right, but I tried to contact them and they really stonewalled me. Very bad customer relations, not to mention incompetent.

The bigger picture is that the book seems less efficiently managed than other books. The lines often deviate from other books by enough to make you think they want a position on a side or total. This seems risky. And Lupe's comment above about the futures/props/live being "easy to beat" worries me for the long-term health of the book.

And when they offer 25% or 20% reload bonuses, I get worried that they have had a bad weekend and are low on cash. I predict it folds someday.

all good points. i also got beat on the over 20.5 line. when i 1st seen it i did not know it was a bad line. it was snowing hard. sounded right. when i seen it was 28 at other books i called them to see if my bet would be good or i would bet again at over 28.5---was assured the bet was good. then they gave it no action---this is pretty bad but compared to what they offer i can live with it---i may still fill out a compalin form - but i don't think so. once i seen that the line was 28 everywhere else i should have bet it again. it cost me $300(what i would have won). i should know better. live and learn.

I bet $660 on over 20.5. They did later correct to 28.5, so I then took $660 on under, trying to middle. So I lost $660. I tried to contact them to explain that I would not have made the 2nd bet if I knew the first would be no action. OK, I am a big boy, and as you say, I can live with a $660 loss in light of the other benefits. Not happy about it, but can live with it.

But I sent an email reply explaining my issue and requesting no action on my cover bet, which I did not expect to happen. But instead of a polite "no", I just got back a repeat of the original message that my first bet had been no actioned. It was as if they did not read my reason, or maybe regarded my initial bet as unethical or something.

I did think about not making the bet on the incorrect line, as I knew is was "taking candy from a baby". But greed made me do it anyway. I will not next time. Bad things can happen. As you say, live and learn.

i agree with everything --- once they call it 'no action' they do not listen to any reason -- i also wanted them to at least act like they read my reasons why i should get paid. i got the same standard answer to a 'no action'

If you want to get paid, you're going to need to send them the requested documentation. I have never had any problem getting my withdrawals processed in a timely manner and my latest withdrawal was for $8,500.00. (Requested it on Monday and it was sitting in my account this morning.)

PS: You don't need to send them a copy of your bank statement, just a copy of your electric bill, your drivers license and the front/back of any credit card you used to fund your account.

I got a bankwire from this book in about a week. No problem. For books to have ID is standard policy all around.

Sportsbetting.com seems to have changed the cheap (dime) point buy from 3 to 2.5 for NFL.

                                                            Having problems with sportsbetting.com

I placed a bet on the Saints to win the Super Bowl. Now I'm having problems getting paid. I called them for help in placing the bet (my very first time) and then I called them again for help in figuring out how to get paid. I followed all of the steps one by one to have the funds wired into my checking account.

I received a confirmation email from them last Monday morning. Then this morning I received an email notification advising me that my withdrawal request had been cancelled and the money returned to my account (with them). I didn't cancel the withdrawal request.

I sent them an email asking what was up. They replied that my withdrawal request had been cancelled by their accounting department because they do not have any of the necessary identification documents on file. They are now demanding that I send them a copy of my bank account statement, a copy of my credit card statement, a copy of a recent utility bill, a copy of my driver's license or passport, a copy of the front and back of the bank credit card that I used to fund the account with them.

Are these people out of their minds? All of this sounds like BS to me. They're obviously just stalling. I sent them an email reply advising them that if they don't wire the funds immediately I will initiate a formal complaint with the Antigua and Barbuda Division of Gaming. I'm glad I made copies of screen captures of my wager and my account activity.

                                                            What do you think?

                                                            Thanks.
