day 13 that is Business day 13.I emailed bovada yesterday and get the same repeative responce heres my email I received yesterday---

Check by Courier payouts previously took an average of 7 business days to be delivered; however, due to the holiday season and with NFL being our busiest time of year, the time frame is now an average of 15 business days but this is an estimated timeframe as there may be instances where it would take additional time or even less time than specified to be delivered.

We are awaiting the tracking information from the courier services company. Once we receive a tracking number for this payout it will be posted to your Bovada account messages so that you are able to track your package.

At this time, we would like to apologize for the delay and kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding as you await your payment. Well why cant they call the courier company and get me a tracking #?? Its going to take more than a few days yo get it to me and I have to be home to sign for it so being day 13 now doesnt look like I will get it by the 15 day time frame.just dont get why they cant just call the suposed courier service and find out exactly why I havent got a tracking # yet.Instead they are being very vague about the delivery of it.I do feel I will get my money but just dont like the run arround as I never had problems when I with bodog

Well I am from Europe and Bodog is a very good bookmaker for me. I requested payout yesterday and today just got paid. The live betting is off course worse than for example Bet365, but everything else is just like Bwin or Bet365 (for me).

Don't worry u will be paid. If u don't get it by day 15 then just file a complaint, but u should get it by then only 2 more days.

....no doubt many of these books are using "processing issues" as an excuse to slow pay those from U.S.- good working capital management on their part, but horrible customer service...they will abuse as long as they can get away with it

Not 15 days waiting for a piece of paper and then another 60 days to actually get paid.

nothing worse than waiting 4-6 weeks to get paid then the check looks like a crayon was used and it bounces

totallly unacceptable, hope u withdrew ur balance and get to a better choice than these guys

File a complaint with SBR then. Sorry your having this issue but anyone will tell u things like this happen. They will reimberse u the fees if u were wondering, maybe u can ask them to do a different method thats faster? But i would do the complaint. I like your sarcasm "Mr. Bookster", another hater. Also a thing to note before black friday which was not even a year ago this method was at your doorstep no later than 4days like clockwork, complain to your congressman for these issues. If u guys don't want to deal with places ways or are counting on this $ on a specific date then offshore in these days is not for u, i can't not have this too lucrative for me. U guys can try to find a good local or move to Betislands they pay same day upto 1k.

The first check they always sent me looked like it was made on Microsoft Paint. I would look at it, think wtf, then it would obviously bounce and I would have to pull teeth and go through hell to get it resolved. I'm not sure why I had to give them so much info when they were obviously aware their checks bounced. It's BS.

The second check always looked real and it always went through. So basically the entire process took like 5-6 weeks.

After I began cashing out more frequently this started happening. It's like they send you a bad check on purpose to try and get you to have the money credited back to your account.

It's very shady. I'm glad they ****** poker up because it finally made me leave.

Dude do u even comprehend what u read?because i clearly pointed out that waiting 15 days is too long, and no im not cool with waiting long periods of time, but if thats the way a place operates and i need them to make more $ then yes u are right i don't mind. 3 months to wait is crazy i was just pointing out that i did have to wait it out years back at a time.
Well if your not cool with the wait then dont bet offshore like i said already numerous times, get a clue man its not 5 years ago when things were easier.
Remember who the fool is who titled the thread "no pay"about a book that everyone knows they pay, maybe u should just stop playing offshore and go away because u can't deal with it and it shows.

Ha! I'm glad I'm not the only one who had this happen to them.

In April last year I requested a check from them, I actually got it within 2 weeks, but it looked so fake I was embarrased to take it into the bank and actually hand it to the teller, so I just stuck it in the drive thru ATM slot--- after the check was flagged for a few days by the bank, it bounced and they mailed it back to me.

I emailed them and they told me they happened to send out a batch of faulty checks, and of course my check was in that batch. I ended up having to scan the stamped check my bank mailed back to me, and send them a copy of my bank statement so they would reimburse the fees my bank charged for having to mail the check back.

Two weeks later I got a real check, and it went through. So in all the process took about a month, one phony check and then the real one

Don't waste your time with this book. Even in terms of betting selection (they hardly do over/unders, most games don't even have a money line option) juice sucks (props seems to always be -115 or more) i don't see what bovada's competitive advantage over other books are (maybe that they allow $20 min **** deposits)

Well, I'm good now. I got my funds placed back in my bovada account. I'm just going to gamble a little before using the W*or M* service. I can't do them damn check no more. Good luck everybody. I'll wait until the dust clears before requesting anything. Hope ya'll get paid fast. My refund back into my bovada account took a week. Not bad. I'm okay a little bit.

well thats great Ron hope they did not do this so you will gamble what you cashed out and never got in hopes you loose what you should of got in a check. Good luck let us know if the other methods work in getting your pay out.Day 15 has past and still no tracking number or check lets see what happens with me hope I get a legit check soon.makes no sense to me why they cant be more exact when everyone knows they obviously have to authorize the processor they use to cut a check.worst part is I really aint in a big rush to get it just want some legit answers not vague ones.Pluss i like the site and want to continue to use it but not if I am playing on thier for no chance in recieving my winnings.fingers still crossed but stop holding my breath though lol!

M or W are pretty fast to recieve the M is faster if i remember correctly but they charge the fees for these methods, why don't u talk to them and try and work out some kind of deal for your troubles.

Last time I heard they also takre a cut of 3/4% when you deposit by plastic. Much better outs than blowvada.

Yup. $20 min deposit/withdrawal is probably huge in keeping a lot of casual/recreational players when others are $100 or more

Recieved my check yesterday International bank draft but drawn on us bank.Went to bank drawn on had to wait a few for them to verify the check and they got verification CASH IN HAND now guess I can continue to use bovada with confidence now!!Hopefully they will work on the time frame to get the check by courier though other than that I am relived all went well!!!

I switched from Bodog.com because I took out an instant transfer from them, got the money right away, but I cleared only 80% of the take out. When I complained about the processor they used and asked how to get my money without being raped on transaction fee's they basically just said sorry you just have to eat it. Losing 20% taking out money seems pretty good compared to waiting months for the payout, but why risk your money if you have to wait that long or if you automatically lose a huge chunk of the money that you are taking out?

Was told I need to have the bank call the number on the back of the check but alas there is no number just a piece of paper in the DHL envelope with the check that says Please Call ************to verify. Remember the good ole days when you deposited and they took your money and when you withdrew you actually received your money. Those were the days..........Oh and still waiting for my tracking number from bovada. I would avoid Bovada entirely, or until they address and acknowledge this issue. I never wanted to use the free check portion I was willing to pay to get my money using a different service but was told by bovada since i deposit via CC i must use the check function but good news I get one free check a month. Wish they would tell me it was a fake check.

You are not the first and you won't be the last. Im done with the check thing. It takes a while for them to verify whether check could or could not be cashed and also putting a stop payment on it. There will be another 10-15 days after the conversation about the stop payment comes up. Good Luck. I just told them to refund my money back into my account until this stuff clears up. Then I will use the person to person service.

I requested $2800 from Bodog via DBT on November 23rd. (I live in Canada). I'm still waiting. Every time I call I get passed on and every time I email I get the form letter. They have asked for my bank statement to verify it has not already been sent.

Is there someone here that can help?

PM Bovada customer service or file a sportsbook complaint with sbr. There are forms in the website.
