bodog - slow site can't login today 12/10

The site is real slow today, and trouble loggin in, keeps timing out. Anyone else having the same problem today on BoDog. First time I encountered this.

Tried that a few weeks ago when on the road. Site wouldn't load. When I called, they said $100 minimum per bet over the phone.

There software is always slow. I just quit playing there this week because I got sick of their bad beats in poker, rigged casino, shitty lines, and checks that keep bouncing.

I just tried to log in to see if I could actually get in and I could not.

They're probably getting seized or something. Wouldn't surprise me.

I just called a CSR there and asked about the reported slow pays, bounced checks, website down, anonymous poker and hacked poker site. I said "10 years ago this was a reputable and solid option online. It's really gone downhill the last 2 or 3 years and REALLY downhill the last 6 months"

her reply-

Yeah. It's a shady operation.

Every time I requested a check, the first one they sent me looked like something a third grader typed up on a computer. I would open the envelope, see the check, and think...this isn't going to go through. Sure enough, it would bounce. Then I would have to wait another two weeks for another check. The second check always looked "real" and typically went through.

It's almost like the bounce checks on purpose in hopes that you will just have them credit the money back to your account and lose it.

Well, think about it..what would they have to lose.....it's not like you can run to the magistrate with the check...why not cut a bogus check it hopes that you'll let them win it back--just like the bogus airplane engine failure in Casino.

I noticed when using iPhone on 3G bodog always times out and you have to keep refreshing in order to log in. Wifi on mobile device sometimes does the same thing. I never have any trouble when using laptop. Just my observations.
