I guess I dont have enough money in my account, or dont ask for big enough withdrawals b/c I have never had a problem with them.

Only been with them for the past 4 months, but The Greek may be getting my money after reading this interesting tale.

This thread is a positive reflection of a solid book. In no way (IMO at least) does this make 5Dimes look bad, why is that being suggested? Trust me this happens at some of the books lower down on the list I guarantee you that you'll never see a penny of the money. Great thread to show the system works, both SBR and the book involved come through with flying colors.

I think its great that SBR got the player's money back. SBR deserves a lot of credit. I dont think I would play with 5 dimes though. After that, I dont know why anyone would.

I actually like Tony and love the customer service.... ALso, the best wagering options of ANY site. I feel more safe with my money at 5dimes then any other site.... And they have some of the fastest payouts.

A+ rating is definitely justified in this case.

Agree, IMO they are the best book for US players hands down

I don't care if their manager is an asshole or not, all I care about is the security of my money and I don't think their is another book that comes close as far as how many options they offer.

The player took a clear shot at the book. Most books out there would not have paid.

A situation like this is tough, for both parties. But I think 5dimes is in the wrong here, they only waited until after this player had won to pull this bogus rule on him.

Im positive that 5dimes would not have said a word if the guy lost 10k.
