i do not keep my xxxxxxxx receipts either so i would not say the OP not having them is uncommon

I never kept receipts after the book credited them til I had a problem once. Now I keep most things but it is common to not keep them once you see it "work"

i keep the most recent one

as the money goes out just as fast as it goes in with that method so i do not feel the need to keep them all.


maybe i should but i dont.

i can also log into a site and see all of my transactions for the card if any problem occurs.

This deposit method is like the the old electronic chek. The credit can be there but if it turns out the money isn't the betting activity isn't.

It's suspicious when one party goes for the gut shot when the other party is saying let's talk about this and you can even use a third party moderator of the site you are voicing your claim to. King, No book is immune to mistakes. That's what managers are for and why the books value being on SBR. Let's take a look at it. If there is any doubt RW will pay you.

If I kept my MP reciepts it would feel a room(and rebatewager knows this, they all went to them). Usually trash em soon as I deposit them. Have only cashed out maybe a handful of times, but made 100s of deposits. Not in the habit of keeping my wagering records...lol.

Did business with rebatewager for the last 2 yrs. They decided today to rip me off. Saying my last 3 deposits using moneypaks were no good.
Would go into all the details, but nobody cares. These thieves (sportsbooks) steal money from overseas whenever they want.
Just know this. I was a CASH COW for this book. I would assume for them to do this they must be in some sort of turmoil.

You're welcome to post about it as much as you like... post silly stuff about an official complaint getting you banned at other books, use big red font, and lots of exclamation points. If you want to break down the timeline and actually look the facts of your complaint, we'll be here.

Believe it or not I run my book like an old school credit shop. I believe there is some honor between people and in what we do. We routinely credit known member accounts before we collect the funds from our processor. We never had a problem with you in the past so we credited your account. When we checked with our processor this morning we were told the mp number you gave us was invalid, after that we looked at your previous deposits and we were informed those were not good as well. For every 100 good deposits we get burned on a few. I guess it's just the cost of doing business and if you won't or can't provide a receipt with the money pack number you gave us this morning there is nothing more I can do here.

We'll send over all our communications with you in regards to these deposits to sbr and l think they would agree based on those records that your deposits could be interrupted in any other way then a charge back from our point of view.
