Ive been with them for 2 years and never had a major problem with money... withdrawaing or depositing. Something tells me its you, and not then.

I live chatted 2 weeks ago, a Friday, and wanted to know if I met my rollover. The guy took forever. He comes back with an amount that was totally off. Yes, I wasn't calculating what I risked, rather won on a bet. I told him he is off. He tells me it is too late for payouts anyway and to check back Monday. I wasn't trying to make a withdrawl, rather find out if I met the rollover. This guy was too lazy to do a simple task. His name was Alex.

We visited Heritage today. The book looks a lot different than even a few months ago. The training room was full, they have a new soccer lines department, CS has doubled and they are hiring. They are making big investments to keep levels of service up with quadruple the business while bringing up the wagering menu in line with TheGreek. It looks like BetJam players are going to be pleased this football season. Heritage also told us to expect free payouts per month by different methods come September.

Too often in a takeover you see the book just take whatever players stick and don't adapt so it was goo to see the growth in house to go with the database. How has Heritage been for you compared to BetJam? Heritage wants the feedback, positive and neg.

Sorry to say though this site is driving me crazy. Clicking on the link to take me to the NFL lines will lead you to a different page every time you click it. Sometimes you get a page where you can check several boxes for first half, second half, moneylines etc and view all of the options at once. other times it will take you to a page where you have to choose which line you would like to see. The other thing is sometimes it gives you the amount to wager or win option and other times it just tells you to put in an amount and you never know until you get to the next page if the amount you put in is to wager or win. Also it does not have near the betting options as the greek . Several times this weekend there were no team totals for the NFL for the second half and for other options as well. This site is no where near what The Greek was. I am going to give it another week but I am ready to jump ship as I just don't need the inconsistency or frustration. This is 2011 and they should be much more advanced than they are. Please let me know if others are experiencing any of the same problems

Get the same. Sometimes have sign in and out 3 lines to get NFL lines to appear. Very odd.

why do i often have problems playing props? 1/2 hour before game time and often get the message that says game has started or line has moved. go back in and it's the same line w/plenty of time before start? we are talking about a 100 play here, run into this issue every week so far. every now and then a bet will get accepted but that's more the exception than the rule...... any insight provided would be appreciated

Not impressed with only ten percent of bj and Greek losses being matched with freeplay on new deposits. Obviously there is a big loss number. Now is not the time to get cheap.

I have a big complaint about Heritage.

I was in first on the blackjack tourney... with 5000 chips. All I needed to do was go on tonight and finish my 12 hands. Well, the damn system would not let me get on.... and of course, there CS closes at 10pm so I couldnt get a hold of anyone.

Obviously I should be given the full 500 dollar freeplay for first place... all I had to do was go on and do 12 hands of 10 chips/hand, and I would have still won by 600 if I lose all 12 hands.

I emailed Mike and Murphy.... and Im gonna file a complaint now ahead of time.

Contacted customer service yesterday via phone and was greeted kindly and was told payouts processed on Tues. in my situation for free. I called this morning and the young lady who processed the information was quick -accurate-polite-and helpful. It is not an easy business and therefore giving slack. However they keep their word. ps thank you Jim for your e-mail reply yesterday-and John - of course my very first contact there-he is always in the bullpen should I need help.

Just a question on the blackjack tournies, is it always a good strategy when one is currently "in the money" to not play all your hands til the last possible minute, even if it is days away?

Like this book alot, but hate having to enter password constantly. Should have you enter to login and just use checkmarks to confirm wagers! I know why the do it just is a hassle! Solid book doing a good job IMO

They've added P2P withdrawals as one of the free (every 30 days) w/d options.

I've been pleased with Heritage thus far. One minor quibble: please allow the option to change the board from pacific time.

wasn't the case with me had an argument with c.s for not getting my 70 dollars back to me after i was charged for 70 dollar person to person payout was ridiculous said something that it has to be 30 days after the deposit was made.. ridiculous
