Heritage Sportsbook making big moves. Feedback wanted

Not really happy with Heritage. Greek was WAY better. Lines were posted earlier, more choices, 1/2 and 1/4 moneylines on college and pro (posted several days before the fact). Could buy as much as 14 points on any single game (couldn't parlay, didn't do that last one much but I liked that it was there).

When Heritage mimics the Greek, then I'll be happy.

They are getting no more money from me and any withdrawals I make are to deposit to another book. Maybe a book to book to 5dimes.

No offense, but Heritage will not and should not mimic the Greek. Heritage did their own thing long before The Greek bolted the US market. If you don't like what Heritage has to offer leave, but know you'll get paid. FWIW, Heritage was chosen by The Greek and BetJam because of their financial solvency, not because they are a mirror image of the Book you lost.

by far the best book currently available. I can see some of bet jamaica's/greek's influence, its gotten harder to understand the english of the clerks. Not a big deal and I'd still rate them a+.

Glad you were paid and the B2B fees were waived. A week for a check is acceptable. However, the two week time period for a book transfer surprises me, most are done same day or next.

2 issues...First is Grace in customer service..Get rid of her to save your customer service rep..Girl is aweful..Called me a liar then found out she was wrong and couldnt even apoligize and hung up live chat..Second is it taking 3 days to get a ** deposit in from Halloween to today because of a processor issue(due to it being 2 transactions in 1 week at the same location) then telling me I couldnt have the promo for which I was depositing to get the matchplay bonus on 10/31 for because it expired 11/1 even though you were given the ** info 10/31

I've been with Heritage pretty much since they opened and I love the new added betting options.... They used to only have tennis lines on the semis and later... and only soccer from Champions League and EPL.... now they have 50+ soccer leagues and every tennis tourney from the first round on.

They also added Free P2P payouts so thats not a bad thing.

I do wish that the Get out of the Bet at Halftime was $500 still, and not $300... but besides that.... I don't really have anything to complain about. The CS now is a little more hit or miss then it was before.... but its still more hit then miss.

One small complaint that I have though is I wish that they could go to 24/7 CS and 24/7 Wagering now that they added all these customers. The Greek always had 24/7 CS and I just wish Heritage would too.... IT can be annoying at times waiting til 10am for the CS to open.

I like the fact that you can now buy points on parlays with Heritage. Minor improvement to some, but important to me.

Hardly betting there at the moment. Always seem to find a better line somewhere else. And not looking very hard. I still like the book a lot, but that's mostly based on my past experience with them. Before they were almost too good to be true. They're still good, but back to 'normal'. If they brought over a lot of Greek people that was to be expected, but I wasn't really interested in a mix of Heritage and Greek. I enjoyed Heritage for the special out that they were. Very kind, generous, and not too sharp, yet able to continue that business model. With the Greek invasion it was inevitable that the business model would change.

Growing pains, was a little frustrated in September but seems like the new CS is getting caught up to speed. Remember when they had the DC cash out? You could request a withdraw and withing 2 hrs go to a atm and get the cash....that was the glory days of cash outs! A member for 8 yrs and never had a payout issue and always handle the little bumps with good CS

So.... no idea what I did to get on Heritage's good side... but I'm up over close to 2500 playing Spanish Blackjack in the last week. I've never won in the years Ive been playing there until this week too.... so odd. No matter the reason why... thank you guys very much

And getting back to the asskicking... no book goes out of there way for the players like Heritage CS does. The perks are still amazing, and Mike is a hell of a guy.
