I like the new additions. The only thing I don't like is when you bet props you can't really adjust your wager. I like to play around with the amounts to see how much I can win.

RM a few times i go back to view different sports and i get nothing.

i then log out and log back in and it seems to work.

some weird things have been going on with the new layout.

The old site has a new look. Ganch, if you read this, I recognize those rounded edges of the orange headers ('Wager Type: Straight Bets' etc). From somewhere around March Madness... lol

The new site, now upgraded behind the scenes, was fantastic.

Can't say the same about the unnecessary new look to the old site. It's just too much of other sites, and not enough Heritage. Kind of feels disjointed and unwelcoming. I don't really care, because I'll be playing at the new site, but thought I'd mention it anyway since Heritage is very much into the design and look.

I can't do that with their withdrawal options (although they may have changed it - the last time I looked it was one 3k check per week). Why the limitation?
It also costs about 2% to withdraw via check by courier. Or more if one withdraws less than the max 3k/check.

4) Less betting options than the Greek.

5) Live cs for only 12 hours a day (unlike the Greek's prompt 24/7).

6) They don't respond to emails initially - it's taken me 2 emails to get a response on 2 occasions.

7) They don't send confirmation emails for withdrawals.
I emailed them and asked for a withdrawal, and asked to send me confirmation.
They never did.

A good policy.

But unfortunately what seems to frequently occur is that an employee downloads the customer info and sells it to another book.
Lots of posters complaining about getting onto a call list and being pestered forever after.

The question is: Why should a depositor have to provide a working phone number? And why should Heritage have the right to take one's deposit if the phone number is not working?

Especially for someone like myself (and almost all US depositors) who doesn't deposit via CC.

I wondered why books sometimes asked for a utility bill for proof of address/name as well. I think it has more to do with trying to ensure that people don't bonus-whore or try to circumvent limits by having multiple accounts. One could still get a bunch of throw away phones though.

Has anyone been able to contact Mike in the last couple of weeks? He always got back right away to email inquiries, but not recently. The or one of the guardians of Heritage. It may be absolutely nothing, but if he's not in during this big transformation it could point at some behind the scenes friction.

I'm enjoying Heritage very much but here are some things I wish they'd change.

1. Raise the max payout of P2P from $799
2. Throw one free P2P payout a month
3. If I'm placing a bet and the lines moves against me they'll show the change before I confirm, but if the price moves in my favor they won't show the better price. This is a double standard and should be changed immediately

I have had 2 payouts next day ** and about 10% fee... Very professional. I think we need to be happy at this stage to have a book that can payout.. I had one $2800 check payout from bookmaker a few years ago bounce! Not usually the book but the processor.. Bookmaker made it good but i got spooked an never went back.. Switched to greek now heritage.. Im happy! Bol
