Bill,
Heritage needs to offer way more deposit options like the Greek and Betjam had. Also it would be nice if they had decimal odds as well. Basically the whole site needs a revamp.

Question: When will BetJam and Greek future/props be moved to Heritage? After they are graded?

Classiest and most generous book in the business. The betting menu has improved a lot since the change. May still need a few tweaks. For instance, I can't enter amounts for round robins or parlays on the new site for some reason. It may be possible to get around this by changing the standard bet amount (on another page), but instead of trying that I decided to enter the wagers on the old site. Only afterwards did I realize that the old site had changed the odds for parlays and round robins, where the new site doesn't. Obviously an unexpected ten cent line change for bets entered into parlays can make quite a difference.

They did resolve the situation correctly this afternoon, Bill. Thanks for all your help!

No problems so far here though
Yeah, I had to laugh when I read what John wrote about the "new soccer lines department". Clearly they are cloning Pinny lines and adding a few percentage points to the overround. They need to shave off some cents in order to at least make it somewhat close to what Pinny offers...

They still have a long way to go to catch up to what The Greek offered. I miss all the boxing lines they would put up every week.

Things I don't like:
1) Emails from their cs are unsigned.
This is unprofessional at best.
I've never encountered this with any other book - or any company, for that matter.
2) They list many circumstances under which they state that they will seize player funds.
One of them is that the player must provide a working phone number.
If the phone number is not working, they have the right to seize funds.
Why do they need a working phone number?
Giving one's phone number to an offshore book has led to numerous posted complaints of customers being called by salesmen at all times of day and night.
The sportsbook will never call the customer for a cs issue - they'll send an email. But sportsbooks will have their salespeople call customers, to try to get deposits.
Rules such as this make me uncomfortable. I played at the Greek for years, and they never saw the need to make a list of all of the circumstances in which they will take players funds.
And I never provide a working phone number, for the reason mentioned above.
3) I want to be able to pull all of my funds out rapidly when the next (fairly inevitable) offshore crisis hits.
I can't do that with their withdrawal options (although they may have changed it - the last time I looked it was one 3k check per week). Why the limitation?
It also costs about 2% to withdraw via check by courier. Or more if one withdraws less than the max 3k/check.
4) Less betting options than the Greek.
5) Live cs for only 12 hours a day (unlike the Greek's prompt 24/7).
6) They don't respond to emails initially - it's taken me 2 emails to get a response on 2 occasions.
7) They don't send confirmation emails for withdrawals.
I emailed them and asked for a withdrawal, and asked to send me confirmation.
They never did.

i am all for free pay outs. having to pay almost 10% of winnings to get paid makes it not worthwhile to even play. i only bet places where i get free payouts.

I noticed this as well and called them out on it, and they responded with an unsigned email.
You have no recourse if down the road they ask "who told you that?"
It's cowardly and unprofessional.

Exactly - that's why I wrote it's at best unprofessional.
At worst, it will be used as a means to not abide by what they state in an email - "No one at our company would have written that"
"We can't tell you who told you that - it must have been their first day"
Etc.
No legitimate company operates in this manner.
What possible reason could there be for a company to do this, other than something with potentially negative consequences for the customer?

I am very pleased w/ Heritage so far. Customer Service is good and they respond quickly.
My only gripe is on their site for multi-bet selections you cannot change bet style to amount to risk, you can only do amount to win.

We visited Heritage today. The book looks a lot different than even a few months ago. The training room was full, they have a new soccer lines department, CS has doubled and they are hiring. They are making big investments to keep levels of service up with quadruple the business while bringing up the wagering menu in line with TheGreek. It looks like BetJam players are going to be pleased this football season. Heritage also told us to expect free payouts per month by different methods come September.
Too often in a takeover you see the book just take whatever players stick and don't adapt so it was goo to see the growth in house to go with the database. How has Heritage been for you compared to BetJam? Heritage wants the feedback, positive and neg.
I live in Canada and try to get an Acct. there, how come every time I click
on their Webside Bodog webside comes up, already have Acct. with Bodog
why can't I open a Acct.?

Also, they now have lines up for 32 different leagues on there site. They have spreads on almost all of them, and even have spreads on some leagues (Belgium Pro League) that only has MLs on 5dimes. Impressive... very impressive,
