Their (if "they" exist) recourse is for easystiff to pay them whatever can be reasonably demonstrated to be owed, out of the 46k they stiffed Cory for.
I don't think this is proper or just, but this seems to be what you are obsessed with, so why aren't you pushing for this?
Let Justin 7 decide if there is a legitimate case if any book states that they are owed.

Why don't you start a thread and bump it daily, asking easystiff why they aren't paying the sportsbooks (if any) that Cory owes money to, and donating the balance of the 46k to a legitimate charity?
An even better question is why haven't you been doing this all along, but it's never to late to start.
Let Justin 7 verify the charity and the donation.

Of course, the above is rhetorical.

There was no fraud here though. Easystreet lost a pile, then lied to invent an excuse not to pay. Given the bad PR that inevitably created, that means they can't afford to pay $46k.

I think there is still a chance that they will pay but the player must pursue them.

Put your self in TheRx and Ez's place about now. They are the laughing stock of the industry and they know this will cost much more than the $46,000 made by the laydown.

Maybe both parties would entertain a settlement and possibly a payment plan so everyone can move on? Seems like the smart move.
