    Never play jetbull!!
    Dear Sportsbetters.

I would like to warn you all for jetbull. I saw this site on an odds comparing site and jetbull had the highest odds for that game so I went to the site.
A few weeks ago I deposit 100 dollars to this bookie and I doubled it to 200. I wanted to cashout, but I saw in the terms that I had to wait 10 days before I could withdrawal, so I sent a email how to cashout and asked about the neteller option, and I got the following email:

    Dear user,
    >
    > before you can withdraw winings you have to realize a first minimum
    > deposit, sent us a copie of your ID and then you can withdraw. But you
    > must use the same way for withdraw like at your deposit.
    >
    > Best regards Jetbull

I sent my documents I made 240 of my money ( I won another small bet) and I also had 100 extra in the account for the first deposit bonus. I read the terms and condition and had to laugh about how to release the bonus.

The Bonus Amount must be turned around 5 times in full, within the
framework of Sporting bets, where each individual bet must contain the
overall bid concerning all the betting events, either higher than the
1.5 bid, or equivalent to it. The bonus must be spent with a minimum
amount of 3 betting events on a ticket.

I only play single bets, so to release the bonus wasn’t an option for me. So I thought ok, just take the bonus, because it would expire 10 days after registration. I also didn’t liked the odds here, they are almost ever lower than other bookies. So I left the money until the 10 days were over. I wanted to make a withdrawal but I still couldn’t cashout and the bonus amaunt was still in my account.

So I contacted the support about it and had to wait days before I got a short answer, because the support is only open between nine and four from Monday till Friday.

    Dear user,

the reason why you cannot withdraw is because you have not roll over
    your deposit bonus.

you have to roll over 500 USD.

I emailed back that i don’t play multiple bets, and that the bonus would be expire after 10 days so I should now could cash out. But I had misunderstand the rules. It means if you haven’t deposit within 10 days after you sign up, you don’t get a deposit bonus lmao.

I emailed a few times back and had to wait long to get a simple short answer. I also emailed an other address but never got answer there. I think they have one employer answering email, and maybe they have the policy to answer each email with maximum 20 words. After lots of emails and short answers I realized that I had to roll over 500 bucks before I could cashout. So i put 340 bucks on a 2,9 quote and hoped I made it 980 so I could put 500 on a multiple bets. I was tired to wait any longer. I decided to warn people whatever I would win or lose the bets. In the end I lost and jetbull had what they wanted: my money.

Its redicilous that if you deposit 100 bucks you only could cash out if you rollover 500 bucks in a multiple bet, its almost impossible. If I want to bet 500 I deposit 500. I don’t care about the money, its not that much to me, but I would like to warm every people not to play jetbull. Because you don’t have to win your bets, you also have to win against jetbull and those odds are realy –ev.

    good luck

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Sorry you had such an unpleasant experience Jetbull. The 5x's rollover isn't all that bad really, especially with when the original amount is so low. In the future you might want skim through the bonus terms and condition before depositing.

Hmm... Perhaps it meant only the bonus amount here. If you received a bonus of $20 on $100, then one of the requirements would be to use the bonus money, $20, on a 3 event ticket. However, it does seem like an odd request. If anyone uses this book and their bonus system, I would suggest as BBD did, get clarification of their bonus terms and conditions before depositing.
