    Sportsbetting.com withdrawals.

I'm new to these boards so I just want to say HELLO to everyone.

I created this post to maybe get some info on sportsbetting.com. I have been using that site for about 4 years now and have not had any problems whatsoever. But after reading some of the info about sportsbetting.com on here I'm kinda skeptical about continuing my business with them.

I haven't placed an online wager on sports for the past six months atleast because I haven't had the time to put some decent effort into it. But recently I've made some time and now I'm actually doing pretty good.

Anyway I started placing bets in early Nov. and have been winning ever since. I made one withdrawal from sportsbetting.com and they paid me in a timely fashion. I received my check 7 days after withdrawal request. Kudos to them for that.

However I've made 3 withdrawals since and am still waiting for updates on them. One withdrawal was made about 10 days ago(12/09 to be exact) and still no update. They usually send you a confirmation e-mail saying that your withdrawal has been processed and when you should expect to receive your payment but I haven't received that e-mail yet.

I e-mailed them today(12/17/08) about these withdrawals and they said they would get back to me within 1 business day. I cleared the rest of that account out and will not place another wager with them until I get paid...

The 3 withdrawal request that are pending equal to about $1,200 total... Basically chump change.

What happened to this site??? It used to be extremely reputable.
They don't have a customer service number to call and the live chat feature hasn't worked either.

If anyone else is having the same issue please post in here... They have never given me problems before so I'm not too worried about it... yet.

I'll be sure to keep you guys updated though...

I actually got a wire from them couple years ago. But about a year ago i tried to withdraw from them and about a month went by with them still making excuses about "the new gambling law" blah blah blah. They had a different excuse everytime. They never paid me and i put the money back into the account and ended up losing it. Thats what they want you to do. Horrible cust service and terrible at payouts. I switched to Bookmaker months ago. I would cash the hell out and run.

Hi ISAIAH_RIDER. Welcome to the board.

Sportsbetting.com went to a wagering-only deal with Sportsbook.com. Up until December they used their processing and phone service center. Right now it is only the wagering and server. Sportsbetting has a large following and a lot going for them if they can get on track but are in a transitional phase. They had to chase down late checks from Sportsbook.com and they seem to be overwhelmed with the new tasks.

Send us your account ID and we will ask mgt. for the status of your payout request.

    Thanks for the offer sir.

I e-mailed them today and they said they would get back to me with updates within the next business day. I think I'll just wait for their response before trying to escalate this matter.

Like I said I've never had issues with them before so I'll give them a chance to resolve this... Which I honestly believe they will.

But I'll be sure to keep you updated... Thanks again.

    Still no response from them.

My first of the three withdrawals was made on 12/09 which is about 7 business days ago. On their site it states that it takes 7-10 business days to process funds. So they still have 3 more days to process my request.

Another thing that sportsbetting.com usually does is they send out two e-mails about your withdrawal requests. The first one gets sent out as a receipt right after you make the withdrawal. The second one usually gets sent out a couple days later to tell you when you should expect the payment to arrive.

Well I received the initial receipt e-mails for all three withdrawals but have yet to receive the second e-mail stating that any of them have been processed.

My main concern is that they update their lines and accept deposits like nothing is wrong but they can't seem to answer any e-mails about withdrawal requests. I've sent them e-mails regarding this issue twice already and have only received automated e-mails saying they'll get back to me.

I'll give them a couple more days to resolve this issue... But I'm really starting to get worried and weary about this site.

    Be careful guys.

I would like to report today that I have just received one of my 3 withdrawals from Sportsbetting.com. I was skeptical with this issue at first but never had any problems with them in the past so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.... Thanks again Sportsbetting.com.

I received this payment within the 10 business days that they request to process the withdrawal... Excellent.

I would like to thank Bill Dozier for attempting to help me with this issue but as far as I'm concerned it's resolved.

Thanks again SBR and Sportsbetting.com... Just in time for bowl season too...
I will definitely continue placing wagers with Sportsbetting.com in the future.

Excellent news. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing for SportsBetting.com and their players in the near future.
