made a wager, while the game was going on, i noticed they listed the wrong opposing team. called in and they cancelled my bet, it showed up on my transaction menu right away. that is speedy customer service. 
that is why you really need a sportsbook with a phone number...hence just using pinnacle is not enough.
btw, i would lose that bet if it is graded
i gotta be more careful making wagers on that site from now on,(getting a winning bet cancelled after the game is over is not fun...happened to me last time) this is not the first time they have the wrong team listed...sat and sunday are big days for soccer, so i guess one mistake is understandable.
