Does SBR still assist with online sportsbook disputes? Problem with Heritage Sports.

    It’s been a while SBR!

The matter at hand (already attempted to resolve the issue with management there with no success BTW)

Heritage Sportsbook uses SMS verification for payout requests, which I totally understand and agree with, but I’ve changed my phone number since my last payout request. I sent my phone bill with my new phone number as they requested and it was rejected because they said they don’t take T-Mobile or Verizon phone bills for phone number changes due to a high amount of fraud. This is where it gets weird. When I asked what can I provide in lieu of my T-Mobile bill or use another alternative method such as email for verification, the representative said there’s nothing else I could provide. The only way I could get a payout is to change my phone provider to one they accept bills from in order to change my number lol. I was in complete disbelief that this is the only solution they gave me and thought they were joking. Anyone experienced something similar and if so, how did you get it resolved?

^ Is this for a BTC PO? I'm pretty sure they don't do SMS verification on a courier check procedure? You might want to try it. They have to send the check by default to the address on file.

SBR no longer mediate on behalf of offshore books but having seen this before I think you will either need to get a SIM from a carrier they approve of, or ask for a different payment method.

I never tried that method and it would be a good work around however my address on file has changed also. There’s nowhere for me to go with this. They aren’t willing to use other means of verification in this case. I’m retired military, passport holder and have other forms of documentation I could provide. Thanks for the suggestion.

Heritage in my opinion has ramped up slow pays and other nonsense. Refusing to register new phone numbers for T-Mobile/Verizon cuts out phone number changes for big portion of US market. Have always enjoyed playing at Heritage but last 6-12 months seems like their business practices have gotten worse
