    Betonline withdrawal problem with pending bets..

    Hey,

    so apparently there is some change in betonline rules and they do not allow you to make withdrawal if you have pending bets...

    That does not sound like A+ booker to me anymore.

    That doesn't sound right. I just took a withdraw with pending bet a couple weeks ago. Do you have pending freeplay bets, is that what she means?

    I have also. His pending bets were probably part of a rollover that needed to be completed.

    When I click on Calculate Rollover I have 0/0 for long time. And I think that I must have already done rollover. My daily bets are usually 5000USD + in total.
    That's why I contacted them on live chat and this is the answer that I got, that I have pending bets, which is true.
    So I will wait till they all will be graded and I will try to make another request again.

    And I do not use free bets, I have only free bets balance available, but I have not used it yet.

    Not sure what you mean here, but if you have a freeplay balance or pending bets which were freeplays, that would be why you cannot cash out.

    If you have an FP bet pending you can't cash out. I've also run into this before. Just wait for that bet to grade and you will be able to cash out.

    Threads a little misleading.

    This is a freeplay rollover deal.

    Otherwise future bets mean nothing in payouts.

    It sounds like someone has made an error to me.

    Personally I would try email instead of live chat and ask for a manager to look at your account.

    Or if you wait for those bets to be graded and still have a problem, shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form and we can make sure a manager checks it for you.

    I missed this line when I replied above.

    The operator says in your screenshot that you need to have no freeplays on the account.

    You probably need to use them, or ask for them to be cancelled to complete the bonus terms.
